Food, drinks, facilities, night life and amusement, shopping, sightseeing, banks and beach at no less than 100 meters. You combine the beauty of the island with all possible facilities within reach. Parking space in the street if you rent a car for your excursions. If you want to have a beach holiday you do not even need a car on this location!

The apartment was clean, tidy, it had all we needed for a fabulous holiday.
The position was great with excellent views of Mirabello Bay and access to the bars at the front, I would highly recommend the restaurant Pelagos which is only a few minutes walk away (please feed the cats)

We can recomend this apartment as a fantastic option for summer holiday close to beach and supermarkets close to city centar. Quite and pescfull area no loud music but close to city center. Lovely bAlkony with magnificent era view! Fully equiped kitchen, we made fantastic dinners enjoyibg beatiful view from balkony to Mirsbello bry!

Outstanding view. The perfect location in a great vacation town. Clean and well equipped & managed.
We had a great week in this fine apartment with its wonderful view. The building sits one street off the waterfront promenade, so access to the sea is easy -- there is a clean, sandy public beach about 200 metres from the door. The town centre is an easy 15 minute walk, where we found the mysterious fresh water lake that the place is famous for, surrounded by a good selection of tavernas, restaurants, and pubs. Shopping is two short blocks away from the unit -- we found two full service supermarkets within 500 metres. The apartment is one floor up from the entrance level and there is a working elevator which is helpful, although there are several stairs up to the level of the elevator, so those with serious mobility limitations may wish to confer with the owner before booking. Parking is on the street. We had no problem finding a spot when needed but it could perhaps be an issue during the high season. The apartment and its equipment were fully as advertised. The place was very clean and everything was well maintained and working as it should. We particularly enjoyed the Internet service which was fast and reliable, and the satellite TV service had a good selection of English language offerings including many premium channels that have not been available in the six other apartments that we have rented on this trip. The main bed was a European-sized King formed by two singles joined together, which we appreciated, being accustomed to the slightly larger North American king bed. Linens were clean and plentiful (including beach towels) and the mattresses were clean and comfortable. Both the owner, Boris, and the onsite manager, Sasa, were easily contacted and helpful. Sasa even took the trouble of escorting us to the nearest supermarket on the night of our arrival to avoid our being inconvenienced by shop closures the following day, which was a national holiday. In summary, we highly recommend a stay in this apartment, which you can be sure will not disappoint. And then just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view...

La prise de contact avec Monsieur Protic le propriétaire et avons été très bien accueillis par Sasha. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce, calme, bonne literie, WIFI fonctionnant parfaitement et vue sur la mer magnifique mais elle se mérite car pour se rendre à la plage il faut descendre (et remonter) une rue en escalier représentant environ l'équivalent de 4 étages. Il y a un beau marché de fruits et légumes à environ 5 minutes à pied le mercredi et le supermarché à 10 minutes. Merci encore à Sasha pour son bon accueil.

Ottima posizione e tranquillità
L'appartamento è esattamente come si vede dalle foto ed è fornito di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima per andare a piedi la città, ottima anche come base per visitare la parte est dell'isola. Ringrazio il proprietario Boris e il suo assistente Sasha per la disponibilità!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de cet appartement et du lieu. Possibilité de se rendre à la plage, au port, en ville à pieds. Seul inconvénient les marches d’escaliers assez nombreuses dans les ruelles et le problème pour trouver une place pour la voiture, et une place assez sécurisée vu la largeur des rues et les stationnements de chaque côté, pour se garer. Nous avons apprécié la confiance et la communication avec le propriétaire et Sacha son assistant qui parle très bien le français et avec qui nous avons pu échanger sur divers sujets . L'appartement ne manque de rien, tout est en quantité. Il est exposé côté Est si bien que dès la fin de la matinée, il est à l'ombre ce qui préserve de la chaleur. Nous conseillerons ce logement pour un couple.

Superbe semaine dans cet appartement !!!
Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire par mail. Il a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions. L'appartement est très bien situé et bien équipé.. Toutes les photos conformes à la réalité. Malgré notre arrivée tardive (minuit) nous avons été très bien reçu par Sacha (merci pour son accueil et ses conseils). La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe !!! Le seul petit bémol (et encore) est pour se garer mais nous avons toujours trouvé une place assez vite.
Encore merci à Boris pour cette location.
P.S: Nous sommes un couple avec deux enfants.

Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas eng und könnte sauberer sein, ist aber sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Zwei Personen können auf dem Balkon problemlos essen und die prächtige Aussicht geniessen. Ende Oktober hat die Wohnung nur Morgensonne.

Living room was narrow, but it can be seen in the drawing,
Small tables could be moved to the couch.

Outside noise does not exist.
Near the city center.
View from the balcony could not be better.
What you need is there.
Parking space can be difficult to get.

"We spent in Ag.Nikolaos 3 unforgettable september weeks and now we can say, that it were best our holidays in Greece. Very comfortable flat with all conveniences and (it was very important for us) - safe for children (we traveled with little baby).
Owing the kitchen we didn't change our familiar menu. Washing and dishwashing mashines allowed us forget about everyday problems. Every day we had fantastic view from windows - the sea in hall horizon.
In this district all necessary shops are situated nearby - mini-supermarket with fruits and vegetables, meet&cheese shop and baker shop. It is very calm and quiet place, despit the fact, that embankment with bars, hotels and restorants situated next to the haus. So, we wery glad to be guests in this hospitable flat and hope to visit it again."

"I came to this apartment together with my wife and 2 little kids, aged 5 and 8. Very shortly:
1. Fantastic brand new apartment; better than the one of mine; brand new washing machines for clothes and dishes, brand new kitchen equipment.Etc., etc. But maybe this is not so important. The location ? Right in the center of Agios. You can walk max. 5 minutes to the ... shopping and cafeteria areas. The view ? Very nice view from the balcony (with a table and 2 seats) on the sea and the mountains surrounding the sea. What should I tell you more ?
I highly recommend it to everybody. For sure we will come back again.
