From the moment we arrived, we were treated Like royalty. They welcomed us with a drink while they checked us in. We were escorted to our room with an informational tour about the property. In our room we received complimentary champagne. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was great. The pool was beautiful - both pools. We even swam in the ocean right in front of our hotel. Breakfast was outstanding. A continental breakfast AND we could Order anything off the menu. Finally, the location to walk into town was ideal. Within minutes were so Many shops and places to eat. Upon departure, another gift. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room was spotless, AC working perfectly, as was the entire property, everything inside the room looked brand new, no noise whatsoever even if we were facing the pool and there were many other rooms and guests. The overall facilities in the hotel were amazing, as it was the service and the food. Lastly, the breakfast was very generous, everything you could think of, and absolutely delicious coffee. I'd say some of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel.

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. We expected much more from a 5-star property. We booked a room with a plunge pool, but it’s more like a tub with glass walls, fully visible from the main pool area — there’s no privacy at all. Even inside the room, privacy is lacking unless you keep the curtains closed at all times. The shower has no doors, so the entire bathroom gets wet after each use. The main pool is not heated, so the water is quite cold. The biggest issue, however, is the serious lack of sun loungers around the pool. Guests start reserving them as early as 6 AM by placing towels on them, and by 10 AM, it’s impossible to find a free spot — even though only a couple of people are actually using them. Breakfast is very average. The selection is limited, and the food lacks flavor. It’s far below the standard expected of a 5-star hotel and definitely overpriced for what’s offered.
