Situated in Four Corners, this attractive house for $415 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. King Triton’s Palace is a 7 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom home located in Formosa Gardens Estates. The home was built in 2003 and has been renovated several times (most recently in 2022). The home features 4 king master bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and 3 themed kid bedrooms. The home also features a themed movie theater with theater style seating for 10. The home has a large 38 foot long, 16 foot wide heated fish shaped pool that incorporates a heated spa (the “fin” of the fish shape) and a zero entry shallow area for young children (the “tail” of the fish shape). At night turn on the color changing pool lights to enjoy the ambiance! As of April 1, 2017 we have a brand new Under the Water Themed Splashpad! Formosa Gardens Estates is a gated and walled estate community located just three miles from Disney World off of Route 192W. The neighborhood is in a quiet, tranquil area yet only a few minutes drive to a Walmart, Target Superstore, grocery stores, pharmacies, a medical walk-in clinic, and many restaurants. Formosa Gardens is less than a three mile drive to the theme parks. This home has been professionally custom designed throughout with over 4000 sq. ft. of space. All four master bedrooms are furnished with $2,000 top of the line mattresses. Each master bedroom offers a flat screen Netflix ready television. Three of the master bedrooms are on the first floor and one of the master bedrooms is on the second floor. One of the first floor master suites includes a full size crib - just like you would have at home! The toy themed bedroom is located on the first floor next to the breakfast nook. Painted in vivid colors, this room is sure to delight any young child. The furniture in this room includes two twin space ship beds. The Under the Sea room is located on the second floor and offers children (and adults) the chance to sleep under the Sea. The room is designed to make you feel like you are truly under the sea. The two full beds are beautiful pirate shaped themed beds with colorful bedding. The Under the Sea room offers a fully stocked bookshelf, a Netflix ready TV, and a built in closet system for maximum storage. The princess room offers two twin castle beds for your real princes and princesses. The twin beds are actually built into castles. This bedroom offers a small Netflix ready television. The house has hi speed wi-fi free of charge. We provide one stroller for guest's use. Each week the house is supplied with one roll of paper towels, a small soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper per toilet, dish detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, counter spray and a small amount of laundry soap. The house security cameras outside on the front door, driveway and pool equipment on the side of the house.

My family and I travel to the Orlando area every year and this is by far the best house we have stayed at. It is super kid friendly, everything we needed and more was provided. My grandchildren loved the splash pad and pool with a shallow end for the little ones. Everything was very clean. The owner is wonderful and was quick to respond to my questions. We hope to be back again next year.

We were extremely pleased with our experience. This house is large, great pool, great amenities, very easy access to the parks -- truly ideal for a family vacation. The zero entry heated pool made for some of the best memories of the trip - the kids came home from the parks, jumped in the pool and continued the fun. Can't wait to book in the future!

Absolutely everything about this property was amazing, it truly felt like every last detail was thought about! The house even had an extra pack and play and strollers available in case we needed it. The owner did a great job communicating everything and had someone check out an issue with the lock immediately once she got a notification, before we even realized there was anything wrong. Our family really enjoyed the house, movie theater and kids rooms, but really loved the heated pool and the kids couldn’t stop playing outside. Our 4 year old immediately started referring to it as the clubhouse and was just as excited to come home as he was going to Disney. It was a fantastic location and overall loved our vacation and this host, we would definitely stay again!

Ms Debbie was so wonderful to work with and this place was amazing. We did not have younger children but you do not have to bring anything. They have everything you can imagine if you have toddler age, children. It is very close to everything Margaritaville was a great place to visit, and we were very close to Disney. If I were to visit this area again, I would definitely stay here.

After the very minor hiccup with gaining entry to the property as the owner was very responsive to. The property had everything needed for relaxation and comfort. The property has everything needed to keep the grandkids well occupied and engaged. The property was clean, the safety features with gaining access to the pool were excellent and well placed. The location was excellent with easy access to the stores and anything else we wanted or needed to do. The property layout with the three primary bedrooms on the first floor was outstanding and accessible for people with mobility challenges. Highly recommend the property if you are seeking comfort, relaxation and peace. There are so many upsides to the property, many of which based on our needs were not used but available if a family were to need them. The strollers, the cribs, the high chairs, etc... Our family truly loved the wall painting which we felt were awsome, along with the cartoon themed rooms. The outdoor splash pad is a winner along with the swing set, helping to keep the children occupied. No need to visit the theme parks unless you really wanted to as this property had enough to keep you entertained.

The house exceeded our hopes and expectations. It had everything you would want, for a multi generational stay. It is spacious, clean, and very well equipped, the beds were also very comfortable, we literally have no complaints, it was an absolute joy to stay here. It is only a few miles from the parks and whilst we had a hire car, sometimes our party split up and some people would catch an uber back with no problems at all, only around $15. The children loved the swimming pool and cinema room. . All instructions re recycling/house rules etc were clearly laid out and communications with the property owner easy with quick responses. I would highly recommend this property, it is one of the best we have stayed in.

We loved our week long experience at this house in June of 2023. The house is perfect for families. It is in an amazing location and you don’t need to drive on Lake Wilson Road!!

This is an awesome place to stay. The pool, playground, and splash pad were a hit with all the kids. The adults loved the beautiful rooms and pool. Debbie, the owner, was so responsive and helpful. It was so very appreciated. The place was extremely clean and had so many fun toys and books for the kids. It was great to have a pac n play and crib, a high chair, and stroller. The pool alarm was very appreciated and with little ones a very safe way to ensure they don’t go into the pool area alone. We would stay at this place again in a minute!

A lovely villa that had everything our family (8 adults 6 children) needed to enjoy our 2 week vacation in Orlando.
Situated very close to the Disney parks in a lovely gated community it was perfect for a fa,milky holiday. The pool and splash park were a big hit and it offers everything you need to spend the day outside enjoying the weather by the pool.
The themed rooms were a big hit with the children and the cinema room was a great place for us to gather to watch movies in the evening.
Apart from a small glitch with the welcome email which was easily remedied by a quick call with Debbie the host everything worked perfectly and the villa is obviously maintained to a high standard.
I would definitely recommend the property to anyone considering a family holiday in the Orlando area

This home is huge, beautiful and well maintained. Debbie was easy to contact and responded immediately with all of my silly questions. The pool is warm and clean. The house is well stocked with toys, books, pool floats, and all kitchen supplies. We came for WDW; however, we left the parks earlier than planned to get back to the house for family fun. This was the PERFECT house for our family of 15, 2 of which were toddlers!

Our family of 10 ranging in age from 2 years old to 82 years old totally enjoyed Debbie Finn's home. It was an easy, short drive to Disney World and the Orlando airport. It was also easy to get to the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots/dishes for cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful and worked really well for our family of 10. We spent one day of our 5 day vacation just enjoying the pool/splash pad and watching movies in the home theater. I would highly recommend this home to other families planning a Disney vacation. Everything was perfect! It’s a big house. The pool area was our favorite. The pool is plenty big enough for a big family. We had 10 of us and the house never felt crowded.

Debbie communicated everything quite well before we landed from Maine. House was well cleaned and everything was as it should be. Debbie communicated that we would have some visitors due to the recent hurricane which allowed us to make plans. We had an issue with the pool alarm, I called Debbie and it was taken care of within 30 minutes. Thanks for the awesome accommodations …. Our second visit to this home and it didn’t disappoint.

Where do we start? This house is AMAZING! The check in process was extremely simple. The home is in a beautiful, gated, quiet and safe community. All of our Uber drivers commented on this. It feels secluded, but is still close to restaurants and shopping. All of the Disney parks were a short 15 minute drive. We didn’t even rent a car, just used Lyft/Uber with no issues at all! The home itself is in beautiful condition. It is immaculate, inside and out! I was surprised we didn’t see one insect in the house the entire stay. It is perfect for kids and adults, alike. It was so nice having a high chair, sippy cups and fun plates and utensils for the kids, as well as books and toys. The pool was the perfect temperature and the splash pad was a blast! We could’ve played in the pool/yard all day and not even have gone to the parks ;) The themed rooms were so fun for the kids and the beds were very comfortable. Debbie was so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We were even able to arrange an early check in . We are already wanting to plan a trip back! The house was very spacious and comfortable. The pool was great fun for all the family and the theatre room was perfect for winding down and relaxing. The villa was very conveniently located for the parks and plenty of shops and restaurants close by too.
The owner was always quick to respond to any queries and had thought of everything to make a family stay extra special.
All in all a fabulous place to stay.

Everything was exactly as described! Perfect location and perfect house for a family of 14 ranging in age from 5 months to Grandparents! Host was wonderful and responsive. Close to just about anything you are wanting to do. The Pool/Splash Pad/Playground was just perfect for the kids and adults alike! The Movie Theatre was an evening retreat! Would definitely stay again when planning another Florida Vacation in the future. Highly recommended!

Deep soaking tub in Master bedroom was not working. Had a do not use sign. Would like to have been able to use that tub. But all in all was a very nice vacation home!

Absolute Perfection!
This property absolutely exceeded our expectations, the pictures are a close representation but in person the home is so much more than advertised. We stayed with our children and grandchildren and the home had everything you could possibly imagine needed for a wonderful stay. Bedrooms, pool, splash pad, kitchen, theater room all perfect 10’s!!!! We left for one day to visit Disney and found ourselves longing to get back to our paradise rental home!! We cannot say enough positive things about this property.

We had 6 adults and 6 kids/teens and this house had something for everyone. The house is well cared for and the owner is wonderful to work with. We went to a few parks and all our kids wanted to do was go back to the house and swim. The pool was definitely the highlight! The zero entry/ shallow side was large enough for the 2&3 year olds to really enjoy the pool in safety. The older kids would get tired and want a rest but would just relax on the shallow side too. The theater room had great sound and picture. It even had a Lego table! We can’t wait to go back!
