The house is surrounded by greenery in the mountains is about 9km from known, from the main beaches of known beach about 14km marzamemi about 35km siracusa about 32km the house and new construction with finishing very comfortable first choice and quiet area on the first floor a double bedroom and a single bed with exit to the terrace with a nice view, on the ground floor instead a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with bunk bed a full bathroom and a full kitchen, on the main front a beautiful veranda blanket. Propriété telle que décrite. Grand espace extérieur très agreable et bien aménagé. Très bon accueil du propriétaire avec un panier garni très apprécié après quelques heures de route au soleil. Propriétaire très réactif.
La situation de la maison nous a permis de rayonner facilement sur la Sicile baroque.
