The living areas are two, one at the entrance with fireplace and sofa and TV, and one next to the kitchen with large corner sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, multi-function robot, microwave, washing machine. Outside there is access to the lawn by a large paving; the garden is completed by a panoramic island that can be used as a solarium. Along the access road to the property there is also a small vegetable garden taken care of by the owners.

Die Lage des Hauses war super. Die Aussicht in alle Richtungen war unbeschreiblich. Mit dem Auto sind es keine 10 Minuten zum einkaufen und/oder ans Meer. W-lan war jedoch im Objekt leider nicht vorhanden. Dafür umso mehr Insekten. Wir würden jedem empfehlen sich dick mit Insektenschutz einzudecken. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Für Leute die chillen wollen perfekt für Unternehmungen außerhalb vom Strand steht jedoch wenig zur Verfügung. Was jedoch evtl auch an der aktuellen Corona Situation liegen kann. Im großen Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen vll wirklich nochmals wieder.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 nella seconda metà di agosto 2018. Proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili. La casa, gli arredi e le dotazioni sono risultati corrispondenti alla descrizione ed adatti alle ns necessità. Una piccola oasi di pace immersa nella natura. Speriamo di poterci ritornare.

Una bellissima vacanza di famiglia

La casa è davvero bella, grande, ben attrezzata e perfetta per i bambini. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza, grandi e piccoli, approfittando del barbecue in giardino e della bella vista. Il mare è vicino (5/10 minuti in macchina) pulito, adatto ai bambini e poco affollato anche a inizio agosto. Insomma vacanza consigliatissima anche grazie alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità di Emilia e di suo marito e alla simpatia della piccola Caterina.

Très bien!

Un très bon accueil de la part des proprietaires qui se sont toujours montrés disponibles dès les premiers échanges. Maison agréable et fonctionnelle,très bien équipée, nous étions à 8 et il y avait assez de place pour tout le monde. Très belle vue, au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville. Beaux paysages et beaux villages/ villes à visiter. Je recommande cette location.

Casa a dir poco fantastica. La sua collocazione in alto offre un panorama bellissimo e rilassante. La casa è inoltre molto bella, ben curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni confort. Considerato che vi ho trascorso tre giorni in compagnia di nove allievi, potete fidarvi. Inoltre i sig.ri Collina sono di una disponibilità e di una educazione di altri tempi. CONSIGLIATISSIMA !!

Vacanza tranquilla vicino al mare

Abbiamo trascorso due splendide settimane a Casa Pulcini, in compagnia di figli e nonni. La casa e' esattamente come descritta, con ampi spazi comuni, un bel bagno principale ed un secondo bagno minimo; le stanze sono spaziose e confortevoli; in nove persone siamo stati proprio comodi. Abbiamo sfruttato il giardino giocando a ping-pong, pallacanestro e prendendo il sole e l'aria buona immersi nel silenzio della campagna. Piu' volte abbiamo anche fatto colazione e cena fuori. Emilia e Domenico si sono resi molto disponibili per le necessita' quotidiane, consigliandoci per il tempo libero sulle bellezze del paese. Splendido il panorama, anche di sera, su tutta la costa. Unico neo della casa e' la strada di accesso, ripida.

Una vacanza meravigliosa.

L'accoglienza, la cordialità e la disponibilità della Sig. Emilia e del Sig, Domenico sono uniche. La casa è posizionata sulla collina di Montesecco dalla quale si può raggiungere la spiaggia in pochi minuti oppure raggiungere facilmente le numerose località storiche e artistiche della regione. La vista panoramica è stupenda. Si può giocare liberamente oppure pranzare e cenare nel bel giardino immersi nella natura circostante. Ideale come casa delle vacanze per famiglie con bambini. Per lasciarla, ci si deve consolare con la speranza di ritornarci.

non posso che consigliare a tutte le famiglie con bambini (ed anche senza...) questa villa marchigiana a pochi minuti dal mare (in auto), molto accogliente e con un giardino attrezzato (ping pong, canestro, ecc.) vista mare. Grazie a questo la vacanza è stata bella ed anche riposante

la soluzione ottimale tra collina e mare

Definire questa casa perfetta sembra scontato allora vi spiego perche'. La vista e' pazzesca da una parte il mare,Grottammare e San BEnedetto dall'altra le colline marchigiane,cosa volere di piu'! Il giardino e' spazioso e attrezzato con tavoli,sedie e non mancano nemmeno i giochi per i bambini. L'interno e' luminoso e molto spazioso(abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti e 5 bambini),nella cucina non manca nulla,la descrizione riportata nel sito corrisponde alla realtà. E i proprietari sono stati disponibili,accoglienti e molto ospitali,ci hanno fatto sentire proprio a casa!che dire suggerisco a chiunque volesse soggiornare a san benedetto di scegliere questa casa.Ah dimenticativo,il mare e' a 5 minuti,vi consiglio di visitare Ascoli,Offida,i monti sibillini e la piana di castelluccio.

D'excellentes vacances en Italie!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison d'Emilia. La maison est suffisamment grande pour accueillir 10 personnes (nous étions 3 familles avec 4 enfants en bas âge). Elle a été refaite à neuf. Nous avons apprécié de trouver sur place un équipement pour les enfants: lit à barreaux, lit parapluie, chaise haute. Le cadre est magnifique: un jardin très agréable et une vue sur la mer et les collines à couper le souffle! La maison est située sur une colline, dans un endroit très calme et reposant, et à proximité du centre, des commerces et de la plage. Nous sommes tout simplement ravis! Merci à Emilia et à son mari pour leur accueil!
