Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und kompetent; tolle Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, eigener Parkplatz, ganz nahe am Strand (nur 1 Straße überqueren); viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe, tolle Strand-Infrastruktur (Bars, Cafés etc.).

Parcheggio gratuito nel cortile della struttura, a pagamento coperto. Camere ampie e pulite. Hotel situato sul lungomare di Grottammare, vicino a diversi ristoranti e bar sulla spiaggia. Situato a circa 2,5 km dal porto e dal passeggio di San Benedetto del Tronto.

sicuramente la vista mare dalla 2a camera
la 1 camera (suite!!) senza frigobqr, telecomando climatizzatore non funzionante, acqua calda che non arrivava. Nella 2 camera (sempre suite!!) muffa sulle pareti del bagno tavoletta del water da sostituire. in genere nei bagni delle 2 camere solo 1 saponettina ed 1 mini bagnoshampo. colazione poco varia.... Nota di merito al personale di reception che ha cercato di trovare una
soluzione alle pecche evidenziate
