Not far from MRT and BTS, hence easy to go discover Bangkok, but also walking distance (10 min) from Central Ladprao Mall.
Has a gym and swimming pool.
Overall stable enough wifi (70Mb in Download, 50 in Upload), except when raining a lot (maybe meaning that more folks were connected).
The staff and management were very friendly and accessible.
Has a large parking.
The matress was too hard for me and the bed was too small for two (I am 6'3 - 190cm).
Airco was noisy in our room (605).
The doors are not sound insulated so anyone will ear you and you will ear anyone in the corridor.
Cafe/Restaurant closes at 8pm which was annoying when the evening was a havy rainy one.
The gym is old and the rubber handels are sticky and need being cleaned professionally.
I hated the old Sharp TV, it is old and not able to connect with our smartphones or tablets so no Netflix or any other paid service systems offered today.

Went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay. Gym is nicely equipped and the location is really close to the chatachuk market.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days in Bangkok. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite, and I appreciate their effort during our stay.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the manager, who completely ruined the experience from day one. He was extremely rude, arrogant, and showed no respect toward guests. Whenever we raised a concern, his response was always, “I don’t know” or “I have nothing to do with it,” instead of trying to help or provide any solution.
For example, there was an issue with the water supply, and when we asked the manager when it would be fixed, his answer was simply, “I don’t know,” with no concern or follow-up. If the manager doesn’t know what is happening in the property, then who does?
His attitude made us feel unwelcome and frustrated throughout our stay. When people go on vacation, they want to relax and enjoy their time—not deal with disrespectful behavior from management.
The rooms were okay, but not as clean as expected based on the hotel’s ratings. The bathrooms especially need more attention.
This hotel has good staff and potential, but management seriously needs improvement. One bad manager can damage the reputation of the entire property.
