Apartment with a great view in a perfect location to discover St Petersburg and the surroundings.

The place was very nice and clean. Looks like the pictures. My only complaint, and I don’t think I read this anywhere before booking, is that the condo is literally on a very busy 6 lane road basically next to a VA hospital. We could hear traffic and sirens on the patio and in the condo at all hours.

This property was clean. It was quiet but we were not in the heart of season. The view was beautiful and the sunsets lite up the sky. It was nice to have a restaurant within walking distance otherwise had to drive.

The property was as stated. It was quiet but close to all the things we wanted to do. There was a great view from the veranda. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would gladly stay again.

We enjoyed the water view and watching the boats. The balcony was nicely setup with comfortable seats where we had morning coffee and returned after exploring the nearby beaches to watch the sunset. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My wife and I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony see the birds, boats, dolphins and manatee. Traffic from the bridge was loud in the morning, better in the evening.

We have wrong pool code so a resident told the right code. Interesting that you had use the code go in and go out. Pool towels from the unit was handy and the dyer.
Great location and loves Doc Rum Restaurant!
Warning-the king bed is high! I am 5’10” and I use the stool to get in the bed. Very comfortable mattress, love the ceiling fan above the bed.
The bathroom is very small. One people at a time can use it.
Missed have local TV channels and station for new and weather. Need antenna.

The view from this property was the reason we booked and it was perfect. The condo is exactly as listed. The balcony is large and has plenty of furniture. The kitchen has needed items but no extras. The trail across the street was great for walking. The pool area was clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend.

I would 100% stay at this place again. The view was spectacular! The first night we saw dolphins from the balcony. It was also so quiet! Just a little background noise from the road, other than that, it was peaceful. The property was clean and well taken care of! The unit itself was in great shape and was super cute.

Property was just as it is in the pictures. The view is outstanding. The rooms are as they were described. Kitchen had everything you needed. Lots of room in the apartment. Wasger Dryer came in handy. Pool was great and having Doc ford next door was convenient as well as WAWA and all highways! Super fun trip!!

We loved our stay. We enjoyed the Pinellas Trail right across the street! It was extremely clean. Close enough to beaches and night life but away enough to enjoy the beautiful quiet of the water and pool and hot tub. We saw dolphins from our balcony! It was small but just the right size for two. Nicely furnished. Very comfy bed. We’d definitely stay again.

The property was clean, well maintained and the hosts very responsive and accommodating. The heated pool in January was most welcome as was access to a BBQ. I would recommend a stay here. We had a lovely time.

We enjoyed our stay with this beautiful view And great balcony. The community was quiet though some traffic noise is heard, . The bed and stay was very comfortable. I appreciate all the amenities especially the great blow dryer. I would stay there again .

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It was everything we expected and more! I would highly recommend this unit & resort. Our only suggestion (for the condo board) would be to allow use of the pool & hot tub after dark, and maybe some lighting on the dock for nighttime fishing. People were ignoring the rules and using the hot tub after dark anyway, but we didn't want to break the rules.

The property has a wonderful view and is in a nice location, near Maderia Beach, John's Pass and good road access to other Pinellas Co. sites/attractions. The bedroom was comfortable and we slept well. We selected this in part because of the pool and spa but both were being resurfaced at the time of our trip. Apparently the owners were not notified of that, and to their credit they did give us a 10% refund for that. Be aware when the pool is back on line it is closed at dusk, which seems odd for a place that has mostly vacationers and dusk comes early in the fall/winter. Suggest the owners look into providing an over-the-air TV antenna because the Roku streaming service didn't have local TV for local weather, etc.

We really enjoyed the balcony for breakfast and sunset watching.
The condo was spacious for two people. I liked the availability of equipment/supplies for cooking and dishwashing. The cable had a wide variety of channels/apps so finding something we both liked was easy.
The only improvement I could see is that the air vents and
air closet were full of dust and needed cleaning. Also, there was a lot of scoff marks on the walls that could be touched up to make the walls look cleaner. I would definitely visit again.

I really enjoyed the view of this property. I was able to sit out on the patio and watch the dolphins in the bay. Some of the fishermen caught a shark and we even seen a sting ray. The condo itself needed a deep cleaning and some general maintenance. It is owned by a property management company. I would rather stay at a private owned condo because this one was not stocked the way other condos are. I purchased a beach umbrella and blanket and left it there. Hopefully they leave it for the future visitors. There was 1 roll of toilet paper for a 7 day stay. The toilet runs. The pillows are old and sheets had pilling and were long overdue for retirement. It says the kitchen is stocked, however the knives are dull and it was missing simple things like kitchen scissors, and bowls with lids on them for storing food. Overall I was pleased with my stay, the price point, and the view of this condo.

Breathtaking
What a fantastic place. No matter where I was in the great room I had a beautiful view of the water. The balcony is nice and large. We spent all of our time out there. It was such a relaxing time spent there. I would definitely go back. Everything was fantastic!
