You can’t always control other people who stay in this type of situation but it’s very accommodating & lovely people overall.

Nada, me fui del lugar.
Me fui inmediatamente a otro lugar.
El ambiente en la puerta del lugar Desagradable, está habilitado consumir drogas en la puerta de la casa (dentro del predio).
La camas pegadas unas con otras.
Te obligan a sacarte los zapatos en la puerta y tenes que ponerte unos zapatos de uso común (me dio bastante asco).
Por último las valijas y mochilas van todas a un mismo lugar, donde no tenes ni un pequeño espacio para poner objetos de valor.
Me sentí tan insegura que me fui del lugar.
NO ME DEVOLVIERON MI DINERO y ellos se quedan con el número de tu tarjeta de crédito, esto es IMPORTANTE. el cobro no lo hace booking

The host was very kind and the bus close to the house that goes straight away to Venice beach.
I found the house very different from the pictures, the bathroom was too small to be shared with so many people and very stinky. The room was fine, but I didn’t feel safe at all because you don’t have the key of the house/room and is always open and basically anybody could enter the house. Unfortunately we haven’t been lucky with the roommates as well, one of them was scared about the dark and we all had to sleep with the lights on which is ridiculous.

Comfy beds, good location
The owners were overbearing, they treated you like you were their children. The rules were a little ridiculous with no shoes allowed in the house and only being allowed to shower at certain times and for a certain period of time, and only allowed the AC on at certain times. You were only allowed to use the toaster and microwave in the kitchen, with us being told multiple times the stove was off limits. There was also rules about which days you were allowed to cook. There was no real communal area as they have seemed to cram a bed and divided into any corner they can. There was dust all over the windowsill next to my bed. The bedside cabinets were filled with old rubbish and stained. There was an ant infestation in the upstairs shower, which also only had two settings - scalding hot or off - The owners were also rude to my friend, not even acknowledging her on arrival, insisting on helping me with my bags but not her, not looking at her or responding to her when she tried to ask them a question and even closing a door on her. They also came into the room with no warning and just stared at random times throughout the early hours. Although these things aren’t inherently harmful they did make the stay uncomfortable.

This hostel shouldn't be on booking.com. the hosts are mean, aggressive and not welcoming at all. They never responded to the questions I texted them via the chat. The room wasn t clean. Dirty socks were found under my bed, the bathrooms are not In good shape at all and don t lock, there s a kitchen, a stove and a bunch of other stuff that we are not allowed to use. Only a microwave, no plates just a few very very basic things like bowls and forks available and not even a lot of them. I didn t know I wasn t allowed to use the stove and the hosts started to freak out and get very angry at us. They litteraly kicked us out. They told us to leave the place the same night. I agreed on leaving the next day but ofc I wasn t gonna leave on the same night, where else was I suppose to stay ?

Also the pictures are definitely not the reality ! My room was supposed to only have 3 beds and had 4. No privacy, I know it s a hostel but I ve been to dozens of hostels and this one is clearly not a place that should welcome people.
Terrible stay! We left early in the morning, the hosts didn't even say a word.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The room was nice and it was close to the metro for ease of travel throughout LA. The host was very nice.
it was a bit loud. the thin walls meant I could hear most conversations next door. very few people followed the recommended and posted 10 minute bathroom time. There was a visitor for the host my last day that was quite rude to me.

The rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable. They even have accessible drinking water in the kitchen and free ramen.
Parking inside the property was also very helpful.
Very affordable for a safe and central location. I will absolutely come back! Thank you very much!

Staff and owner of property was good but my room mate disturbed me a lot i couldn't sleep after 28 hours journey. She made lot of noises and woke me up 5 times in the middle of night that i left the property early morning 4am as she didn't let me sleep making noises periodically wirh gap of 30 to 40 minutes

I booked one bed in shared room for 3 nights.
You can experience cultural care in here, for sure. You not allowed to wear shoes inside. You need to put sleepers on before coming inside. On the website there is a information that you have provided essentials like towels and it's true. I got one, tiny towels....
There is a tiny space to park, but not perfect for bigger cars.
If you paying with card prepare to pay %%% only for the fact that you paying with the card 🤷♀️
Location is good. Bus stop close to hotel, you can take bus 33 directly to Santa Monica for $1.75
I was confused most of the time, because I felt like the place has some non-written rules.

The location, it’s very easy to get to the buses.
The rooms were clean, and the bed was somewhat comfortable
The hosts were horrible! They don’t have enough bathrooms and the bathrooms are not very clean.
We’re given curfews and we can’t shower at certain times.

The hosts were friendly.
The room I saw when I booked wasn’t the same I actually stayed. In fact, there isn’t a single picture of the room I stayed on this site. When I got there, the host told me that it was possible that I would change rooms after (which never happened) and I ended up being in a room totally different of what I actually payed for. The bathroom was always busy, they charged me 3.5% because I was paying with credit card, even though this isn’t mentioned on booking. There were someone else’s luggage in the closet of the room I was staying, so eventually one of the hosts went into the room to get it. In general, it was an ‘okay’ experience, but I don’t think I would stay there again.

Its Central LA, location is relatively OK, there are grossary shops around..
First of all that located in Crenshaw - one of the most notorious streets in LA. Secondly,you feel guilty of beeing in this hostel, cose the host treet you really not welcoming. Lastly, its kind of dirty, I got fungus here, so worms in kitchen. To sum up, not worth the price

No bunk beds which was a pleasant feature for a hostel.
The owners were rude and aggressive which made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome. They were consistently micromanaging me and interfering in my privacy.while at the property. Constantly coming into the room without knocking and as early a s 9:00am. I was told upon arrival that an extra 3% would be charged on my credit card even though there is no mention of this in the booking and you can only reserve a room on Booking with a credit card. I refused to pay this accordingly so and the woman still overcharged my card without my consent. I was told I was not allowed to hang clothes or my towel on the room divider as it made the room look like a homeless shelter which I found very offensive. She came into my room at 10:00am and yelled at me for this and ripped off my clothes and towel that were hanging on the divider. I was really shaken up after this experience as I informed her I was in a virtual meeting for work yet she kept yelling at me. A horrible way to experience your morning! The only reason I didn't checkout was because I wouldn't get refunded my money. I was not thanked for my business or acknowledged while checking out of the property. There are signs telling you no alcohol, no taking a shower after 11:00pm or before 7:00am and to limit your time to 10 minutes.Also everyone must takes their shoes off at the door and wear the slippers provided or your own. Overall I would not recommend as you are staying in someone's private house which you will not feel welcome and you are watched and monitored constantly including having the owners inappropriately entering your room. There were also some issues with other guests being inappropriate and disrespectful even to the point of being verbally abusive but yet it was not handled very well at all by the owners and I did not feel it was a safe place for women to stay.

The place is quiet. Clean. Comfortable bed. Bus stations around the streets. The room is spacious. The oweners said they will provide cooking area for the guests soon. So that's very good.
I will definitely stay again there.

they put us alone in the room as we were three people. they provide you with a lot of stuff in the kitchen.
