About this country house rental
The three-ears agriturism โHumieโ is located within Montepulciano and Chianciano Terme, in the Siena province. Easy to reach by train and car, it is in fact a few minutes driving from both โChiusa- Chianciano Termeโ tollbooth on A1 highway, and Chiusi railway station. Thanks to its location, it is the perfect basis for discovering Val dโOrcia region, the lovely valley recognized as a world heritage site by UNESCO, as well as the spas in the area, and for reaching Siena or Rome and Florence.
The rooms of our farm, known as โPodere Cerretelliโ in the Leopoldino Code, has been renovated on the basis of the bio-construction criteria, using natural row materials only, such as lime or travertine, which is a type of stone typical of these Tuscan lands.
Suites
We cured the details of each room, taking the quality of rest into special consideration. Breakfast is included in the overnight stay: every morning it is possible to taste homemade salty and sweet delights, prepared with genuine ingredients.
"Terratonda"
Terratonda suite is about 50 sqm wide, with direct access to the garden, and it stands out for the arch, that is virtually separating the room. It is furnished with a big bed, which mattress is hand made with the new โDAVITโ system.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The farmhouse was clean and well appointed, the hosts were amazing and friendly, and food! The complimentary breakfast was delicious (Try the eggs!).
The hosts make all the food from scratch (including the Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, and spices that we purchased to bring home with us).
We also used the onsite wood fired hot tub which was very relaxing as we stared off into the Tuscan hills.
The location is very well suited as a launch point to visit all the little towns in the area. Make sure to check out Chianchiano and the recommended Bradi Toscany restaurant.
The room was perfect and quiet, clean, and had all the amenities. We would 100% return and recommend this property to anyone!

Someone in a previous comment said this place was a hidden gem, they were wrong, it's a great big diamond. I can't praise it highly enough. The Farmhouse itself is fabulous, it's position and it's ambience is almost designed with relaxation in mind. The views are breath taking and just make you smile. The hosts cannot be faulted, they are there if required and any request is met with an enthusiastic response. Rosanna's scrambled eggs at breakfast are alone, worth the journey.
