Cozy and quiet with a convenient location.

For the most part the house was as advertised. Cute, convenient and relaxing. We were looking forward to a nice soak in the jetted tub after a day of fun but the jets didn’t seem to work. Maybe just user error. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would for sure recommend this place and will hopefully get a chance to stay again.

We loved staying here!! Very clean and comfy bed!! Loved the parking for just us . Cute place . Owner very kind and easy to get ahold of if needed .

great place to stay in Branson

Accommodations were great. Upon our arrival: Wanted to make note that the one light by the bed has one prong that was missing from the plug-in so the light didn’t work.

I really like staying in this cute house. It's right near a trolley route and near everything.

Love the Cozy Cottage Coop! Everything you need is there. Easy walk to Branson Landing which is one of our favorites. Stayed here numerous times and plan our trips to Branson based on cottage availability. Highly recommend.

My husband and I flew from Oregon to Missouri for our 20th anniversary and I wish I had communicated better with our host because our flight delays caused us to be awake longer than we had anticipated and we were EXHAUSTED by the time we arrived, which was early and we just wanted to collapse and nap for a little bit. (if it were my rental, I would make it so the digital lock would open early for those in this type of situation-- but again, this was my fault for not communicating early enough and this may have been a possibility?) Eating was a little weird with the bar height table being the only place to really eat. The center piece was a bit dusty and VERY large. The previous reviews regarding the jetted tub was kind of what sold me. Those were negative, but it was sooooooo nice to climb into that after hours of flying. The kitchen only had 2 coffee pods for the 2 of us for 6 days. The utensils were not the best quality, nor the knives. We talked a lot about if we owned a vacation rental how we would like to use better kitchen items. Perhaps the owners simply thought that people would go out to eat, but I chose a house that I could cook in. So, while it was all there... it just wasn't quality. The bed was FIRM yet super comfortable. I didn't have a place to put my bag so it ended up on the couch, which worked but if you stay with 4 people and need the couch as a bed, this could be problematic. A small night stand on the far side would have been nice.

The pictures on this listing cannot accurately depict how charming this property is. My Husband and I really enjoyed the comfy bed. All newer kitchen supplies, very clean. The proximity to the landing is walking distance for us. It was a heat wave the week we stayed, so I can tell you the AC kept us cool. Plenty of TV options... I am definitely staying again!

My husband and I enjoyed the Cozy Coop! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

House was as described. Very convenient to walk to boardwalk and downtown. Had some miscommunication with the cleaning crew on check in but things were taken care of promptly.

We loved our stay in Branson at the cozy coop cottage. It was very clean, and decorated so cute it was very comfortable! The location was perfect. It was close to everything downtown We walked to the riverwalk and all the shops. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Always responded right away when we had a question. They were great. The king size bed was very comfortable with nice sheets. Washer and dryer. It had a nice place to sit outside. With a beautiful view of the area. We would definitely stay there again. We Highly recommend the cozy coop! We loved it and Branson!! Great place to visit! So much to see and do!

The space was great for my friend and I. We loved the location of the cottage, it was well within walking distance to historic downtown Branson and Branson Landing. This is the perfect little place for a couple, or a couple with one or two kids. Very clean with all of the amenities.

Nice place in a good location.

Had a very nice time. The chicken themed house we stayed in was very nice & cozy. The Branson Belle dinner/cruise, The Presleys, & Celtic women/Irish dancers were very good & entertaining. Had a nice short vacay!!!

We have been to Branson many times. This time we wanted stay downtown, this cottage was so convenient, clean. We received our instructions on how to get check in and had a great stay. We did not need to contact the hosts at all. We will try to book again when we return.

The cottage was very comfortable and clean. The tub/shower combo is a jetted tub. If you can lift your leg 22.5 inches and maintain your balance, you should be able to get into the tub shower (I measured the height). I was very pleased to be able to walk to shops, restaurants, The Landing, the post office, to church, and also to the free downtown Molley Trolley stop #11 just one street over. I wish the entry lock was on the back entrance near the parking space. It would have been closer to bring in luggage and groceries. It would have made entering the unit a little bit easier at night too. The side walkway to the front of the cottage must be used by someone to first enter. Then they can go through to the back door to let another person in if there are two people or more in your party. I would be happy to rent this sweet cottage again.

This little house is adorable with a chicken theme. We have cats that prevent us from having a Christmas tree so we were surprised and thrilled to walk in and see a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations! The house was perfect for the 2 of us and the location is close to the Landing, easy to get to. Will try to rent on the next trip.
