Long walks on the beach followed by the ambience of a magnificent open fire . The beach house is fully self contained and equipped with modern conveniences : - Sleeps 8 comfortably+ sofa bed - 3 spacious bedrooms - 2 bathrooms (ensuite to master ) - Laundry with washing machine and dryer - Full Kitchen Facilities: Including; dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and chest freezer - Open plan living area - Flat screen TV with HDMI and USB ports and DVD player. Wifi now available - Reverse cycle air conditioning in central living area and an jetmaster open fire place - Off street parking for 3 cars - Outdoor deck with furniture and new 6 burner BBQ Bedding Arrangements Sleeps 8 3 Bedrooms 1st Bedroom: queen bed and ensuite 2nd Bedroom: queen bed 3rd Bedroom: 2 sets of bunk beds Sofa bed in lounge room (sleeps 2) PETS are welcome in the fenced contained backyard. (No pets in the house please) Minimum of 3 night stay Location Cape Paterson is located. 142kms from Melbourne CBD (1.5 hrs) 8kms from Wonthaggi and 13.4 kms to Inverloch. Cape Paterson is a great place to holiday with the choice of 3 beaches catering for all ages. 2 beaches are patrolled during holiday periods. There are many walking tracks near the beaches and headlands.

Convenient location, 5-10 min walk to beach. Property great for a family with plenty of space. Lots of games and books when weather not great and kids loved the Netflix.

A great place to stay, exactly as described. A lovely outdoor area for pre dinner drinks or dinning. A short walk to the surf beach and the addition of WIFI was great in an area where reception can be challenging.

Easy to be here. Nice to be able to take the dog. It was his first introduction to the sea. Lots to love.

This place is absolutely perfect for families - the right amount of space, outdoor space to hang out, great oven and warm comfy beds. It is super clean, and super easy to keep clean with little kids being little kids. Fingers crossed this place will be our always go/to beach escape for cape. Host was a total dream too.

Libby was great to deal with, she replied to messages very quickly. The house was very comfortable and well appointed for a 5 night stay. The house is in a good location to explore the Bass coast area.

Gorgeous little house, very neat and tidy. Well located near the surf beach and walking distance to the milk bar and pub. Great little place if you have dogs as the backyard is very secure. Loved our stay 😃

The house was a great launching pad to visit local attractions and only just over an hour from home. Was a little wet one day and enjoyed the selection of board games provided. Close to Inverloch and Wonthaggi for supplies. Just a short walk to the main surf beach. Great chips at the local shop!

Great location, close to the two beaches we love. Lots of stuff at the house to use, cutlery, plates ect. BBQ a bit dirty and a couple things not functioning perfectly but not a big deal. There’s no internet, so bring dvds lol, plenty of books and games though.
