Located in Cape Paterson, this attractive house for $130 per night is a great choice for your next break. WIFI is available and free We offer master with ensuite , bathroom. kitchen and modern makeover. .ALL BEDS ARE MADE UP WITH LINEN ,TOWELS SUPPLIED Whether you stay for a day or a few weeks you will enjoy the relaxing lifestyle at this small seaside town .The house is a 3 minute walk to lovely park About ten minute walk to beach ,where you have a choice of ocean surf beach or the quieter bathing beach . There is plenty to do, the much busier Inverloch is a 15 minute scenic drive with many interesting stops on the way to explore.There is plenty of fishing opportunities with our ocean boat launch.Golf courses are not far away We have our own Cape Tavern which is great for a meal and dining To get main supplies Its a ten minute drive to Wonthaggi which has a great range of shops to satisfy ang needs Nice Quiet Street We dont have much traffic as its a nice quiet street with as much pedestrian traffic as cars ,There are four bedrooms two with queen beds ,one double size bed and two single beds that are the bunks Doonas and all linen, and towels are supplied There is a full size fridge and washing machine Also reverse cycle airconditioner There is a covered timber deck as well as out door chairs and table there are low maintenance polished timber floors throughout To book and stay We are pet friendly with nice grassy secure yard

Geoff is an excellent host providing a clean, comfortable home with everything you require. Quality linen, towels, appliances and kitchen equipment with extras to enhance your stay. The new bathrooms work well for families with children after spending time at the beach. Thanks Geoff- we’ll be back!

The house is great, well equipped kitchen and quite large, excellent fridge. Bathrooms very clean and modern, beds very comfortable, lovely outdoor area and enclosed if you have children. We could walk to the beach and cafe. Our overall experience was great would hire this house again.

We were very comfortable staying at the seabreeze house. Our dog enjoyed the large yard and it was everything we could have hoped for. Close to the beach and surf club for our sons big day.

Perfect for us - two retired couples, each with a dog - and it would be perfect for a family, or two. The bedroom and bathroom arrangements gave us privacy and the kitchen and lounge areas were perfect for at-home eating and relaxing. The large verandah area was great for feeding the pups and the yard was very securely fenced.
