Sehr schöne und ruhig Lage und toller Blick vom Pool, großzügige Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Gute und scharfe Messer (das ist sehr selten)
In der Küche waren angebrochene Ölflaschen, Essig, Tee, Putzmittel, andere Flaschen, intakte und defekte Mückenstecker auf mehrere Schränke verteilt.
Im Wohn-/Essbereich lag unter dem Fernseher viel Zeug rum, was zum Teil defekt oder alt und schmutzig war.
Wir hatten das Gefühl, die Einheimischen fühlten sich durch wechselnde Urlauber gestört. Sie verhielten sich sehr abweisend.

The location of Casal il Pozzo is perfect, with a beautful view of San Gimignano. The staff was very friendly, helpful and reachable at all times.
Upon arrival, the kitchen was not clean. Some dishes and some of the cutlery still had food stains. The pans were old and hardly to be used. The heating did not work, however, this was quickly fixes by the staff.

Un lieu superbe où l'on se sent bien : la piscine avec la vue magique, la tranquillité, l'espace dans le logement très bien équipé et un environnement parfait pour faire son footing matinal... Un séjour idéal dans la campagne toscane !

Beautiful pool area with views over the valley and San Gimingano
Spacious with large rooms and large kitchen and living room, and bathroom
Very close to San Gimingano

The kittens were extremely annoying and kept coming into the house, so we could not keep the doors open
Very basic equipment in the kitchen and could use an update / modernisation
A bit dark rooms, one bedroom had a smell of mold
