About this apartment rental
One of the last "ma & pa" places on Clearwater Beach. Beautiful, second level one bedroom apartment. Private bedroom with california king sized bed, full sized bathroom right off the bedroom. Cable TV in both bedroom and living room. Fully loaded kitchen and living room with a great view of the inter coastal waters of Clearwater Beach. A nice sundeck is right outside your door which also over looks the water. Very comfortable, quiet, and beautiful setting.

Our second stay here. Nice location. Nice price. All the kitchen utilities and other basics we needed were included . Very cozy place with lived in atmosphere. Beautiful paintings.

The property was a listed, everything was clean enough and we had everything we needed. It is due for an update and could use some new cookware but it was comfortable enough, conveniently located and roomy.

Great 1 bedroom unit, overlooking the bay. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Stocked with all the essentials. Easy check-in and check-out.

Just ok. Older unit in need of many little things. Coffee maker was old and non functional. Blinks wouldn’t open or close. Ac units leave a lot to be desired. Good location. Price was good. You only get what you pay for.
