Located between A1A and the Atlantic Ocean. A lovely stroll from the house to the dune to enjoy a day at what feels like your own private beach. Only the people that live here use this beach... and you. Just 3 miles North you'll find Marineland where you can spend a day swimming with the dolphins, snorkel, or scuba dive, in what is now the only 450,000 gallon, ocean-fed tank, a wonderful experience. 30 minutes North you'll find Historic St. Augustine, so much to see and do it's a must. A half-hour South you'll find World famous Daytona Beach, Nascar fans this is a must. Orlando and all of its attractions are worth the ride, easy to get to and from, can easily be a one day trip from here.

Third visit to this wonderful, cozy property. Had everything you need in an ideal location. Quick walk to the beach and great access to A1A. We hope to stay again next year!

Everything was as advertised and is even cozier than the pictures look. Susan was a great host and quick to answer any of our questions. The beach is a quick walk down the street and very quiet. There were lots of board games to choose from too that we enjoyed playing. Would definitely book again.

We had a great time at this property. It was a long walk to the beach, especially with the higher temperatures. We ended up caring everything and all folks with a vehicle and my sweet son, walked back and forth. There was evidence of smoking on both the front and back porches, which carried over into the house. There were several different smells that certainly would come with an older house. Lots of construction equipment, due to flooding from storms. The back yard was not usable, as so indicated in the pictures. However, we did bring our 2 family dogs, which are greatly house trained. I always when I am renting, take old sheets to put over furniture, it makes me feel better about lounging around on a common couch and/or chairs. It was a beach trip, we had sand in the house. Overall, great stay for the money, just not quite what we are used to, as we love being beachfront.

Adorable beach cottage...all the amenities you could want private fenced in back yard, walking distance to private beach, comfortable beds in large rooms great kitchen and games for all ages. can not say enough about this wonderful home. love the neighborhood, people are friendly and close enough to shops and restaurants.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. The owner is very accommodating, and her communication is excellent. This house has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Just a short walk to the beach, and a very short drive to the grocery store and several great places to eat. Basic clean accommodations in a great location. Will for sure stay again!

Nice place, older home, not to far from ocean. Had everything we needed and susan was an excellent host. Road work being done in whole area so very dusty and lots of working traffic. Hopefully next year roads will be done!

Great location. You are on the east side of A1A so no worries about crossing in traffic. It is about 1/2 mile to the beach but worth the walk. The beach was never crowded and everyone is dog friendly. Bring your bicycle (I did). You can bike for miles and there is a mountain bike playground close by. The house was nice but could use a dresser in 2 of the rooms. Only 1 bedroom has a closet. The 3 separate decks gives you some space alone if you need it. The front is on the north side so it was nice a cool when it's hot out. The neighbors were very friendly on all the blocks in the development. Overall it was a pleasant stay and Palm Coast is a great community.

Older but quaint house perfect size for family get together. Fenced yard great for small children or pets. Short walk to beach. Convenient to grocery store, gas station, small playground, accessible beach access. Unfortunately much of the area impacted by recent hurricanes so clean up still in progress. House well stocked with kitchen and dining supplies, linens, beach towels etc. Plenty of books, games, toys to the delight of my young grandchildren. Owners easy to work with, pleasant and helpful.

Great location. There is a park next to the beach on Bay Rd, a few streets over, if the walk is too much. But the end of the road offers mostly locals, so it doesn't get crowded. Bay Rd is at the beach and has a shower but its public so it may get crowded. As for the home, it was clean with a cottage feel. Garage has beach toys like games, inner tubes, noodles, and molds for sand castles. They also have a beach/fishing wagon to cart supplies back and forth. Washer and dryer was super convenient and the host was very responsive with my questions!

We have had a wonderful stay and visit to palm coast and a short drive to st Augustine. The house is charming and reminds us very much of our own home. So getting settled didn’t take long at all. The beach walk was nice even with the road construction. The beach itself is perfect! It was nice and quite and everyone enjoyed themselves including the dogs. Susan was awesome! Great communication between us. We hope to visit again in the future!!

This property is a great value for a 3 bedroom walkable to the beach. Just be aware it is a bit of a hike if you have small children but there is a wagon on the property which was great. At the time there was construction on the road (the city installing drainage) but everyone was super nice and would cut off those bulldozers when they saw us approaching and they always greeted us and our children so kindly. Sue was great and responded so quickly. The property itself is old Florida so just know it’s not the most updated but again, great value. There’s essentially no storage in the master or double twin room, so plan accordingly. The Hammock area is such a gem and always leaves our family coming back every single year.

The family and I needed a staycation and we found this beach house not too far from our home in St. Augustine. We overpacked because Susan (the owner) had everything you could ever need. The house came with everything you could need to dine in, cook out, as well as toiletries. Then for the beach, they have a buggy, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards. Wonderful stay!

Even though there was road construction going on, it was an easy walk from the house to a semi-private beach! The house itself is older, but well-stocked with everything you need. Be careful as some of the flooring is lifting, so watch your step. The street is quiet and groceries are only a 5 minute drive. You truly cannot beat this location for the price!

Such a great find! The house was very welcoming and had everything you need for you stay plus extras. The neighborhood was very quiet and the short walk to the beach was nice. Will definitely rebook if available next time we visit this area.
