This gorgeous condo is centrally located in Avon, just a quarter-mile from the Westin Riverfront gondola. Easily access Vail, Beaver Creek, and Eagle County. Hit the slopes and explore your peaceful surroundings with a stay in this choice condo with incredible views. With two beds, two baths, and an open floor plan, this spacious condo offers your group plenty of room. You’ll love the quiet location with plenty to do nearby: ski resorts, hiking, and biking trails, and the Avon Rec Center next door (pick up a discount ticket at our front desk to access the pool and gym). The primary suite has a private bathroom, and the second bedroom has bunk beds and a comfy futon. There is a pullout sofa in the living room, as well. Sit back and relax in the fully-equipped kitchen and living room and take in the phenomenal views of Beaver Creek from the private patio. Layout: Primary bedroom - King Bed 2nd bedroom - Twin Bunk Bed + Futon Common Area - Full Sleeper Sofa Guests will have access to all of the downstairs—the upstairs is locked off. There is underground parking available. The Neighborhood: “Avon is a great place for both residents and visitors. Whether skiing, hiking, paddling the Eagle River or enjoying a leisurely day in town, you’ll find that launching your mountain adventures from Avon is easy and convenient. With 6,500 year-round residents, plus another 3,500 part-time residents, Avon offers a small mountain town atmosphere with many amenities. The town serves as a gateway to the world-class Beaver Creek Resort and is eight miles west of world-famous Vail. Aside from being 400 steps (a quarter-mile) from the Westin Riverfront gondola, there is also an even closer free Avon town bus to Beaver Creek village and more locations. The Eagle County bus (not free) is just stepping away and the Express bus to Vail village leaves hourly. In short, both resorts are right at your doorstep! *Check-out time is firm, no exceptions. A $125 charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.* *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $40 for any items that need to be shipped back to you from your stay (prices may vary for large items). Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.

This is our 5th year visiting Avon to go skiing. So far this condo was our favorite. Perfect size for our family, comfortable for all of us. The location is so close to the Avon Gondola and local restaurants. The condo had anything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can’t wait to book this one again! Thank you!

This condo is very clean and well kept. There were problems with the Wi-fi and cable TV and fireplace that were unable to be resolved during our 6 night stay. Everything else was satisfactory and if those issues are resolved (which they can be) then we would not have any issues returning.

Prime off-mountain location for skiing

Prime off-mountain location for skiing

My family and I stayed here the week after Christmas through New Year’s. It snowed every day and led to great skiing at both Beaver Creek and Vail. It is an easy walk to the gondola for direct access to ski right on at Beaver Creek, while the shuttle to both Vail and Beaver Creek village is right downstairs. Avon is also home to great restaurants and other amenities (all walkable) without the on-mountain craziness or pricing.

The listing was very accurate and provided a good representation of the unit. The strong point is the close location to the gondola that takes you to the resort. It was incredibly convenient and easy at the beginning and end of the day.

We absolutely loved our time at this condo - the location is perfect. The master bed is very comfortable - bunk beds could be better, but fine for kids. Kitchen was well stocked, but when we arrived the floors were very dirty. Other than that we had an absolutely amazing week - we hope to be back!

Good location. Refrigerator/Freezer do not work and we had not response when we notified owner. Extra pillows had NO pillow cases. Great location. I would not consider this Luxe by any means.

Kitchen is nicely updated and location is good. 1/4 mike walk to bus stop or Gondola. Bedrooms and bathrooms are old and in need of an update. We had a few issues and building maintenance would not help, owners management company is based out of DENVER. We had to spend money out of pocket for cleaning supplies and tools to fix our issue. Owner was apologetic, but did not reimburse. Would hesitate to book again.
