About this condo rental
Situated in Avon, this charming condo for $289 per night is a great choice for your next break. Spacious 3rd floor (no elevator), 3-bedroom + loft / 3-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill. There is a maximum of 10 guests allowed in and 4 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found. Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems. At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh. Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

This condo had it positives and negatives.
Positives: Great space for 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids); very well furnished with kitchen supplies, fans, etc; Pool and hot tubs were great; nice location next to a lake for fishing; available Wi-Fi.
Negatives: It was extremely warm at the end of July (the kids space upstairs never cooled off much making it hard to sleep); huge hair ball in one of the bathrooms upon arrival; refrigerator was turned way down and never caught up to keep things on the bottom cool; one of the bathroom doors would not shut completely without force; extremely cheap toilet paper and tissues; very stained carpet; not all blinds worked, grill was extremely dirty. I read reviews prior that said it needed updating, but to me it was more than just needing updating - it's pretty run down. This is the first time I've provided a negative review on somewhere I've stayed so I wanted to include the positives as well but we wouldn't stay here again.

We were there for a lacrosse tournament and you really can't beat this location! There was a beautiful lake/beach, live music - all walking distance from the condo. Fields were a short drive away. The condo itself was very well kept and comfortable. We'll be back!

The unit is a bit dated but perfectly functional and with all necessary amenities. Kids loved the pool and proximity to the park was awesome.

The condo was great place to crash during our ski trip. We went to Vail and Beaver Creek, and used the complimentary shuttle to Beaver Creek. The driver was very friendly and accommodating.
The condo was clean, well-stocked, and fit our 9- person party perfectly, as advertised. Some furniture was a bit worn, but overall very nice.
Hot tubs could have been a touch hotter (we couldn't figure out how to turn them up) and more closely monitored, as a group of party-ers was using one for multiple hours with plenty of alcohol and other shenanigans.
We may return next year, who knows!

The condo was perfect for our trip. We were there for the Vail Lacrosse tournament. The fields were 10 minutes away. The property was beautiful and had a lot to offer.

Simply THE BEST ski trip!
We were able to get into the condo even though we arrived a little early. We never waited for the bus to take us to the Gondola or back to the condo. With 5 adults and 6 teenagers, everyone had a spot around the dinner table and a place to lounge after a day full of skiing. We wanted for nothing! Thank you so much for opening the condo to us! I hope to book again soon!

However the glass top stove had a large burner cracked with a piece of the glass missing. The fireplace was very nice and there was a lot of wood stack on the balcony. Kindling wood would have been nice to have. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not the greatest. Water pressure in the showers was fantastic! It was also nice that there were room humidifiers as the air in the mountains is dry. The shuttle bus was super convenient. I would recommend this condo for a large group and I would stay here again.

Christmas getaway
Very well located and excellent condominium-complex staff ready to assist. Best value for the price. The main office had great hours during the holiday, and useful amenities (hottub, bus, cleaning supplies). Had a great trip overall for our families and recommend this apartment. I would only caution for families with small kids or walking problems that it is on the 3rd floor as advertised without an elevator.

Lovely, spacious place.
We planned our stay with several people, but for a variety of reasons, ended up just the two of us in this nice, large space. And... we were sick. We enjoyed the home staying in, making a fire, cooking and watching the basketball playoffs. Very clean home with everything you need in kitchen appliances. We'd come back and try again next year.

Perfect for our family
The kids loved the loft with the Foosball and games, the location was great for mountain access, the pool and jacuzzi were perfect for apres ski. All around had a very nice vacation.

Awesome Wedding Weekend!
Thanks for the condo. Spacious for 3+ families and except for the fluorescent lighting in the kitchen, it was amazing. We will try to organize a group in Winter, and come back. Beaver Creek is Awesome!! The Mountain Biking was spectacular. The Westin was a hop, skip & jump away. The lake and beach were really downplayed, but seemed perfect for a morning or afternoon outing. These condo's are right there- at the lake. Perfect in summer, for families!

This place is just like the photos, but bigger and better. The layout was perfect for the 13 of us--the kids loved the kid room upstairs. Check-in was super simple, the electronic doors were handy, and we had a great time playing in the pool and walking down by the nearby lake.

The beds and rooms were exactly as the pictures on the website. Well equipped with pots and pans and everything you need. Good pool and hot tub's. Foos table needs some tlc.

Perfect Summer Music Festival Getaway
This property was perfect for our two families while we attended a music festival at Nottingham Park. Within easy walking distance, we could turn our four teenage boys loose without worrying about them getting lost or losing keys. The keyless entry to the condo was something we didn't know we wanted, but were so happy to have! This large condo gave everyone a bed (no sofa sleepers!) and the cool nights made the absence of A/C unnoticeable. We were glad to dip into the pool after the afternoon concerts. The close proximity to the park allowed us to eat in, rather than having to eat at the festival's food trucks. It was perfect! We will be back next year!
The condo was well stocked with nice, fluffy towels, good pots and pans, and plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware. The comfortable couches in the living room "claimed" at least half of our party for naps. The table had room for 8, and was suitable, but not ideal, for playing cards, because it was so big..

Great family place
We found the condo to be everything that was presented on the website. The floor plan worked well for the 5 adults and 2 toddlers in our group. It was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the location. It was an easy walk to the center of town and park. We'd stay there again! We'd thought about staying at a hotel but so happy we stayed here instead.
