The staff were wonderful and always smiling, despite some lacking experience.
Breakfast by the pool is lovely.
The view is lush and green, and when the sky is clear, the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro is visible in the background.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
We were the only ones at the hotel most of the time (it was quiet).
The road to the hotel from the turnoff on the main road is unpaved.
There is no in-room telephone.
The TV is very small, despite the room being large.

The staff was ready to help with anythig that we were asked and were so kind in all ways. The presidential suite was FANTASTIC--blew our expectations out of the water. Food was very good. Quality air-conditioning! Excellent massages. We would return in a heartbeat.
