Good property for those looking for a quiet stay. Will need to travel offsite to discover Tuscany.

Location Tranquility and peacefulness Nice property and grounds Welcoming staff and accommodating Pool

Short on amenities and activities… Dinner was not served or available (apparently due to lack of guests) …. Breakfast was simple - OK Little to no food / beverage on site available (or it appeared) Lackluster “Agriturismo” atmosphere.

Relax in Tuscany and Recharge

The peace and quiet was beautiful, plus the location in such a picturesque spot. The owners were lovely and meeting the daughters and Carlego at dinner & breakfast services was a delight. We choose to have dinner and Oh my, it was delicious 😋 We purchase also a bottle of their wine 🍷 and it also was delicious. My husbands favourite so far from Italy.

The breakfast options could have had some further options, however I also didn't request or notify them of any dietary options.

Separate location to pool.

Absolutely beautiful location in rolling Tuscan countryside surrounded by vineyards. The host was friendly enough and the swimming pool was great.

The apartment we had was not on the main site near the swimming pool. This was not made clear when booking. I subsequently found one photo (one of 146) of an artist's impression not to scale saying that we were 400m away when in fact it was 590m walk up and down steep gavel roads to the pool. The main building with a toilet was locked during the day so if you need the toilet, a cold drink or have forgotten anything it is a long walk to and fro. They advertise a restaurant but on arrival we were told no restaurant tonight, we think that is because you have to book before 10am on the day but that was not explained. Seeing as check in is at 16:00 it should be made clear. Also the restaurant is closed on Wednesday and Sunday. The location is very remote and we arrived with no provisions for dinner and had to then drive to the nearest town when we wanted to relax after a long journey. The building we were in looked beautiful on the outside and was acceptable and clean, if a little tired on the inside. It had tiny windows so very little day light (understandable for a building of its age) however there was no nice outside space to sit. The internal courtyard was mainly a toilet for pigeons and uninviting, And outside were a couple of old chairs and knackered bench. Such a waste of beautiful views.

Het rustieke, het fenomenale uitzicht, de vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame beheerders, de centrale ligging in Val d’Orcia.

Una location da sogno.

7 / 10Good·Aug 2026

Posizione, struttura in generale molto bella e piscina top.
