Located in Surfers Paradise, this lovely condo for $328 per night is a great choice for your next break. Newly renovated with a modern retro feel, this spacious, open plan apartment is beautifully furnished and drenched in sunlight. The lounge/dining room fully opens up to one of the world’s most stunning beaches, bringing in the intoxicating smell and sound of the waves. The apartment is a ten-minute walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise, with its shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. It is near bus stops and the tram line and has 2 free off-street car parks. BEST ESCAPE ANYONE CAN HAVE (B.E.A.C.H)! For your convenience we provide light amenities, bath towels, games and books, free WIFI, Netflix and Disney+, washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, iron and hairdryer. -Private Beach access -2 off street parking -Absolute beachfront -Open plan living -Newly renovated -Walking distance to Surfers Paradise -Well appointed kitchen with coffee machine -All amenities incl, towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, dishwashing liquid, washing powder etc.. In the lounge area you have views from every windows of the beach. But the star of the show is the HANGING CHAIR, drenched in sunlight and super cozy for your days watching the beach and if you are lucky you will even spot whales (during whales season from June to October). Note that there is a pull out sofa bed that will sleep 2 people (note that there is no curtains in the lounge room so sun will shine early, it is recommended to bring an eye mask). You will also find a big smart TV with Netflix and Disney channels available. There is also an additional sitting area that sits 4 people. The dining room can sit 6 people. The kitchen has been newly and completely renovated with all the amenities you need to cook up a storm including a "French door" fridge with water and ice dispenser, cooktop, oven and microwave as well as coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It also boasts an awesome kitchen island bar where you can sit 4 people, and has plenty of natural light and breezes. In the bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and 2 singles pull out trundles. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. In the bathrooms: First bathroom is also a laundry, it has a bath/shower, toilet, washing machine and clothes dryer and ironing facilities are supplied and located in the second bedroom's closet. The second bathroom has a shower, and a toilet. The unit is great for singles, couples, 2 small families or a large one, business travellers & is family friendly as there is a patrolled beach to the right of the building. In the mornings you can enjoy beautiful sunrises over the ocean or even stroll down to the beachfront for a quiet and peaceful start of the day. As you may be aware Surfers Paradise is undergoing many constructions throughout the city and we do have some in our neighbourhood as well. As such you may hear construction noises during the week days only (week end bookings not affected) from 7am until 4 pm. However some days may be little to no noise while others may be louder, this completely depend on the stage of construction they may be at. -We have provided individual earplugs that you will find in the bathroom if noise becomes an issue. We have also decrease our weekly rates to reflects the construction in the neighbourhood.

Such a beautiful unit in prime location. A few mums from our west came to the coast for some R&R over a weekend. I highly recommend this place as it’s beautiful and located in the most convenient spot

This unit is in a great location, is very nicely decorated with quality bedding and other inclusions. The kitchen is well equipped with loads of personal touches added to the property to ensure visitors have an enjoyable stay and feel at home. The basket of goodies Chantal left for us, the welcoming personalised message & tour of the property upon our arrival provided a great start to our holiday on the gold coast. Chantal is a wonderful host and excellent with communication. Two parking spaces are provided for off street parking, the entrance to the car park is a little tight for larger vehicles. The stairs to the unit are steep and narrow for elderly people and challenging if carrying large suit cases or bags of groceries. The views, location to Surfers Paradise, lovely host and proximity to the beach are the greatest assets of this property.

We stayed for 2 nights with a group of friends from interstate. It was nice and local to everything we wanted to do, and everybody commented on how lovely the house was, and how wonderful the facilities where. This property is fantastic. The outlook and views are just magic. The unit is beautiful - and wonderfully appointed. The location is great - handy to everything. The host is very thoughtful and considerate. So easy to engage with. Nothing was a problem. But the outlook and views are just magic.

The view is amazing. The apartment if really nicely renovated and decorated, and very clean. The Body Corporate needs to invest some money in the common areas though, which are almost derelict. I had trouble contacting the host via the stayz website prior to arrival but once here, the host was very easy to contact on her mobile. We had a very comfortable stay
