POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.
Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep the home clean.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

This is our 3rd stay in Storey Lake Resort and this property was good but not great. The pros were communication was quick but when we arrived there were a lot of things broken like the kitchen faucet handle and closet doors and one of the sliding doors to the outside. It was clean, just not well maintained or checked in between renters.
They came the next day to fix things, but some things couldn’t be fixed like the outdoor table’s rusted feet and the worn out couch. Again, just needed some updates and caretaking and it would have been a 5.
At the end there was a disagreement about the pool heating fee (the pool was heated longer than we asked and became unusable for half of the week) but they did agree to discount us that fee.
Again, not horrible, not great but that’s kind of what we’ve come to expect in Storey Lake unfortunately.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is only 14 minutes to Disney and there is a Publix across the street. Having an on-site washer and dryer was awesome. We would recommend this property to others looking to stay in this area.

Clean spacious internet standard 60mbps down 10 up. Air condition perfect for got humid June heat in OrlandoMaster vacations (Nathan) provided quick response to any concerns.
