Located in Barnegat Light, this lovely condo for $275 per night is a great option for your next vacation. First floor of a beautiful, ocean-side duplex. The house is two in from the ocean, steps away from the 10th Street beach access or 9th street wheelchair-accessible beach ramp. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and two other bedrooms each have two twin beds. Sleeps 6 comfortably. 1 bathroom plus an outdoor shower and sink. Walking distance to the beach, Barnegat Lighthouse, restaurants, mini golf, dog park, skate park, basketball/tennis/pickle ball courts, and playground. There are beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, tennis/pickle ball equipment, and bikes available for use. There is a gas grill on the deck. The house is equipped with standard kitchen and laundry room appliances. You must provide your own Netflix/etc login for the Roku TV. Please note that there are stairs leading up to the first floor (not wheelchair accessible). Please note that this a smoke free home/deck and property area. This includes all tobacco and cannabis products. Maximun number of pets is 1 per stay. You are required to bring your own bedlinens. There is one queen size bed and four twin size beds. Please note that rentals are for full weeks only and run from Saturday till Saturday.

This week allowed us to rest and relax. We're able to spend time walking on the beach regardless of the weather. The cottage we clean and comfortable. It is easy to have your pet there with you. Love it and will return.

We spent a perfect week in Barnegat Light at Mariette’s beautiful home! This is the “quiet” end of the island and in late September, it is so peaceful and serene. We spent a lot of time fishing (both surf and off the jetty), bird watching and shell hunting. The daily walk through the dunes to watch the sunrise was the highlight of the vacation for me. The winding, scenic walkway on 10th street is awe inspiring and never ceased to take my breath away! The house itself is lovely, clean, well stocked with anything you could need(we especially enjoyed the provided bikes) and Mariette is a kind and gracious host. She thought of everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We have stayed at many places on LBI but we all agree this home is special. We hope to return again to enjoy the special beauty of this part of the island. Thank you Mariette!

Mariette's home truly made our beach vacation a great one. Loved being on the quiet north end of LBI. Sitting on the side deck at night listening to the waves was magical. Being near the 9th St. beach access and using the beach wheel chair (reserved through the Borough of BL) was perfect for our 16 yr old daughter who has Down syndrome. We really felt right at home.

We enjoyed our stay! We had great weather and enjoyed hanging on the beach, riding bikes, running in the surf, and reading. We made most of our meals and found the kitchen well appointed. The hosts take good care of the property and their guests and are on-site. We had a nice chat with Mariette and hope to come back.

We loved everything about this house! The house was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and fully stocked. Mariette was such a sweet and thoughtful host and we had such a comfortable and relaxing stay. We loved the location and enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. My husband and I and our dog spent a wonderful week here. The house was very clean and comfortable and a great location at the quiet end of the island. It was convenient to the beach. We loved having the bikes available and used them often to explore the area. A definite do again!

Lovely time down the shore
Our family stayed here for the week prior to Labor Day, we always rent a couple of houses for the week to accommodate our large family. Mariette was a lovely host, accommodating and responsive. The house was clean, and there were so many nice amenities including beach chairs, bicycles, beach tags - just a great house, steps from the 10th Street entrance to Barnegat Light beach. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Memories Made
Mariette’s home is a beautiful, well stocked retreat and she herself was a joy to meet. The teens in our family appreciated the bikes and beach toys and my 80 year old mother enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden. Two weeks of beach bliss! Thanks, Mariette!

Perfect Off-season Get Away to the Beach/Bay
I love off season times - my favorite quote for the week was a response when I said, "we need to walk against traffic" - while walking in the middle of the street with my dog & partner - and he says, "what traffic?"
The house is well stocked with tools and essentials and the location has excellent walking opportunities along the beach, the bay, the neighborhood. I had to put some of the things in drawers or extra guest room to protect them from my dog's tail (sea shells abound).
It is an excellent beach house with the beach feel and breeze.

This house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, well stocked and impeccably maintained. The location couldn’t be better- second house from the beach... You could hear the waves crashing! Mariette was fantastic and had the house all set for our stay! Even the dog was at peace here! Can’t wait to return!!!

Beautiful unit walking distance from excellent quiet beach
We stayed here late august. The unit was clean, spacious and well furnished with a nice porch for meals and relaxing. The beach was right behind the dunes next to the house and was very nice and quiet. The owner was very attentive to our needs. The house had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids (extensive selection), bikes; loads of towels, all the kitchen gear we could want. A nice big tv for the kids, games etc. Beds were comfortable.

The house was beautiful and in a quiet part of the shore. Very nice owners but they were there (upstairs) for my entire stay. Not that I was going to do anything wrong, but I felt like I was under a microscope the entire 5 days. Next time, I'll probably rent a single family home.
