Terrific property for four adults and two small kids (3 and 5). The beds were very comfortable, unit was very clean, and we really appreciated the extras for pool and beach (plenty of beach towels, pool noodles, beach chairs, and umbrella). The pool was very kid friendly, and this unit is uniquely wonderful in that there is one set of private stairs down to the pool area. We also appreciated the two outdoor spaces - one covered and the other open to the sun. Outstanding communication from the host and very easy instructions for access. We’d be delighted to stay here again!

This property was located in a great location walk to the beach. Restaurants galore. Naples is a nice community. The unit itself needs a little updating. The patio outside the veranda was a great plus. It allowed for private sunbathing, but still allowed for pool access

We loved this property. It had everything we needed. The access to the pool was great and the short walk to the Beach was exactly what we wanted. The condo is well apportioned and access to everything you could possibly need was within a short I’ve minute drive.

Probably the best location in the Regatta. Private patio and steps from pool. Afternoon Sun on patio was perfect. Adequately appointed kitchen. Beach towels and stroller to take things to the beach which is less than 5 min walk. Regatta is gated and well kept. Will stay again next time in Naples. Thank you Sandy for a great escape from MN winter.

This condo worked out beautifully for my family. It was very clean, good sized, amenities were as advertised, beach towels a bonus, beach chairs another bonus. Very convenient location. We will definitely stay here again.

Since we flew we really appreciated the use of beach towels and beach chairs. The large balcony is very nice with a view of the pool area which is also very nice. The owner was very prompt at answering questions I had. Also just a short walk to the beach was great. The unit was clean and ready for us on time.

I first stayed here in November for Thanksgiving. I loved it so much, I stayed here again for a week and a half in January. The private steps to the pool and hot tub, as well as the short walk to Vanderbilt Beach, made my vacation that much better!!! My kids loved it, too! And the owner was easily accessible and so friendly. We will be back.
