This was a single night stay before catching a flight home, so I hadn't booked anything fancy. However, notwithstanding it being quite cheap, it was an excellent establishment with a really nice and helpful set of staff, and an excellent location near two restaurants, the Metro and a tram line. The place was very clean, had all the usual facilities, and I had a good night's sleep. Great place

Metro stations and coffee shops and restaurants. A very good option to spend a couple of nights in Milano.
The pillows need some updating, they were a little worn out.

One quite unfriendly male staff member who was not at reception, and also a single room which was extremely single 😂

The hotel has a convenient location, about 20 minutes by bus to the city center, but unfortunately our experience was not pleasant. The bathroom was not clean, no shower gel was available, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The elevator was very slow, the walls were dirty, and there was mold on the terrace. When we came back for our luggage, the main gate was closed, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, it did not meet the standards we expected for a 3-star hotel.
