I loved everything, the place has amazing energy in general, you feel at home right away, the room was really great for the price I paid, a huge comfortable bed, air conditioning that really cools down, the balcony outside lets you see the tops of the temples around and it feels magical and beautiful. The owners are extremely kind, I felt bad that they carried my heavy luggage up the stairs for me, but that's how warm and genuine they are, this place is amazing and goes great with the peaceful and relaxing vibe in Chiang Mai and I am so glad I chose it, it complemented my time perfectly and since it was very close to most important places, helped me make the best out of it.
I loved everything! Can't think of a single bad thing.

Bed was comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Friendly staff and great location for staying in the Old City.
WiFi didn’t work the whole time.

The location is good with everything in walking distance and at the same time in a more quite street. The AC is working really well, but the room in general doesn’t get too hot.
The room is not very clean and I had black hair on my bed when arriving. Also the bathroom is full of mold and the bedsheets and towels had stains everywhere. Furthermore, the WiFi is non existent - it’s either extremely slow, so you can’t even download emails or it’s just not working. Additionally the rooms are not cleaned at all during the stay and the power & light supply in the room is super inefficient, as the light switch and plugs are outside of reach from the bed, so you always have to get up to turn on/off the light.
