Property has 5 bedrooms, but only 3 are advertised due to updated New Orleans licensing regulations. Backyard available for use. Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar + dining room. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!

All reservations require a signed rental agreement and $500 refundable deposit before check in.

The house was perfect for our stay. Angele responded quickly to the one inquiring I had. The location was great close to everything. The AC was such a gift as it was incredibly muggy during our visit. The place is great for groups we had 5 in our party but it could easily host 9 comfortably. I highly recommend this location for a nice visit to NOLA.

Such a great home to stay in for our weekend!! The rooms are comfy and love having a bathroom for each of us. They quickly fixed small issue for us, very responsive to messaging. This home is located very close to French quarter so Ubers are cheap. Quiet street and we felt very safe. 10/10 stars!!

We had a great time in New Orleans. Our house on St. Ann's street was great - very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked. The location i s just superb - right across the street from the Louis Armstrong's Park. You cross the beautiful park and are in the French quarter! You cannot beat that unless you stay directly in the French quarter. We literally walk everywhere! Our host - Angele, was extremely responsive and replied right away to any question that we had. Highly recommend this beautiful historic home!

The house was clean and had extra bedrooms and bathrooms beyond what they're allowed to advertise (5 each), which makes for a pretty good value. The listing was confusing, as they wanted to highlight the 5 queen beds by claiming that some rooms have 2 queens (each room has 1 queen and 1 twin). Accommodations were comfortable but looked different than the pictures, which were "staged" to show artwork in all bedrooms and a beautifully-set dining table. Though not listed in the amenities, we were expecting an inflatable hot tub as per the photos but there was none on-site. There was also supposed to be a Keurig coffee machine, but we only found a regular-type coffee maker. Overall, the unit was well-appointed for our needs, and we enjoyed our stay in this quiet, conveniently-located neighborhood!
