Welcome to Wisteria, where you can have the best of both worlds! Because of its prime location, not only will you avoid extra town taxes and fees upon booking, but you will also beat hours of Hochatown traffic and still have quick access to restaurants, shopping and casinos as well as Broken Bow Lake, the State Park and hiking trails. At Wisteria, adults can relax in the hot tub while kids enjoy the playground, before everyone gathers around the fire pit for s'mores! What more could you ask for to relax and unwind as a family?! The open floor plan allows for family time whether you are cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen, lounging in the living area or playing a video game on the cocktail arcade machine! Wisteria also features Roku Smart TVs in each bedroom and living area. This cabin is perfectly situated between all the Hochatown attractions (6 miles away) and the town of Broken Bow (4 miles away). It’s a short drive to Broken Bow Lake & Marina where you can rent jet skis or a boat to enjoy the activities on the lake. How about a day on the river? You can also enjoy kayaking or tubing! Bring your boat! There is plenty of room to park! There are also activities from zip-lining to horseback riding. Hochatown is also known for its breweries, wineries and restaurants. Wisteria is also in close proximity to Beavers Bend State Park. You will have one neighbor (sister property), but divided by a fence. There is plenty of distance! There is a private drive off of the highway and no other cabins within view. ○ Bedroom 1: King bed ○ Bedroom 2: Double bed ○ Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with bath tub / shower combination ✨ WiFi POLICY ✨ Wisteria has high speed internet access. Bear Creek Vacations is not responsible for reliability of internet or outages from service provider. WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use or personal preference regarding services. ✨ GRILL & FIRE ✨ The grill is not directly wired into the house and we will provide propane. There is a fire pit. Please bring matches. Our cleaning service no longer provides firewood. ✨ MAX OCCUPANCY ✨ Wisteria sleeps 4. ✨ PUP-FRIENDLY ✨ Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. No cats. Pet Fee: $150 per stay. Please review house rules and pet policy prior to bringing your pets to avoid additional charges.

Family of 4 with two young kiddos & a dog enjoyed their stay very much! We enyed the location, swing set & fire pit. The house was very clean and comfy. The area felt safe, it is right off a busy road. Everything just as described. The management was quick to respond to a question (even on NYE).

We loved our time at Wisteria cabin. We used all the amenities and were so grateful to have them. We loved our evenings by the fire and in the hot tub. The cabin was comfortable, the kitchen was adequately stocked with what we needed, and the location was superb. The cabin is secluded and private with great location to the grocery stores and the Beaver Bend State Park. Loved our time here!

Property owners/ manager were so thorough with communication. We had one hiccup completely out of their control and they were so flexible and accommodating. Made us appreciate our stay even more. Super clean, well stocked with all basics. This location is mere steps from the main road which caught us off guard at first but ended up being extremely convenient for quick trips to stores, restaurants, etc. and still only a few minutes’ drive to the heart of state park activities. Hot tub was well maintained and super clean. Loved every bit of our stay.

The property was clean and everything worked as expected. Here are the things we did NOT enjoy. The bed and linens are uncomfortable at best. There are no soaps or other toiletries in the bathroom, so make sure to pack your own. Also, the bathroom door does not close all the way! This needs to be fixed ASAP. The flooring is extremely uneven- watch out! And even though we are charged a cleaning fee, we were required to do the dishes, start the laundry, and take out the trash. Communication was ok when we booked, but when I did have a question it took almost a day to get a response. Also, fyi- this cabin is right off the highway. Lots of road trucking traffic noise. Overall, we will not stay there again for this price.

Beautiful cabin perfect for a relaxing getaway. Loved staying here. Only complaints were not enough dishes stocked in the kitchen and the cabin itself is right off of the highway and you can hear the traffic in the master bedroom and outside around the fire.

We absolutely loved this cabin. We have stayed at multiple locations over the years and this is by far our favorite. It was exactly what the pictures showed. It was very clean and offered us everything that we needed. We enjoyed the inside of the cabin, as well as the outside. We will definitely stay at this cabin again.

The cabin is secluded and off the road. My family really enjoyed being in the cabin. You can tell it’s been taken care of and clean. My kids really liked the arcade gaming system they had in it.

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our 3 year old grandson enjoyed the play scape and playing legos on the living room rug. The cabin is very close to the State Park entrance. Thank you for a great cabin!

Beautiful cabin and privacy. Very clean and has everything you need. We will definatley stay here again. Owners were prompt on booking and responses to messages. The kids really enjoyed the playground, video games and selection of board/card games available. Firepit area is relaxing after day at lake. Hot tub was clean, no slime. Very well cared for property. Thank you for such a nice and relaxing stay.

We had a great time at this cabin. It was clean, and even had a game table that the kids loved. It’s a good location if you don’t mind a quick drive to town or hiking trails. Everything was easy to access and the hosts are very nice and answer quickly.

The closeness of the cabin to very busy highway 259 and the noise produced by the constant semi truck traffic made sleeping difficult. There were no casserole/baking dishes even though we were told the kitchen was fully stocked. The cabin was fine.

Had a big problem with shower or hot water in general, would not stay hot more than 5 minutes (With no dishwasher or washer running) even if the shower was the only water we used that whole day. Porch light was very dim and would love to see the back property lit more with picnic lights around the fire pit and sitting area so not sitting in complete darkness.

We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again. It is a great fit for a small family or 2 couples. The amenities are not extravagant but everything is there to meet your needs. Truly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while watch a fire in the fire ring. It is close to the HWY and you can hear the traffic, but it doesnt make the stay less enjoyable.

This cabin is perfect for a getaway. It is directly off the highway, however the fun is in the back. Great hosts, we originally booked earlier, had an emergency, and they allowed us to come back later to finish our trip. Hoping they have a bigger one for when we bring the family back. Great hosts! Will stay again. Love the new bedding also.
