This property was exactly what our family needed while we were in OKC. It served as a convenient gathering place for all of us while still allowing privacy when needed. Dennis was very helpful in so many ways. He went above and beyond when we needed to extend our stay on two separate occasions. We will definitely stay there again. We recommend Beachy Three-3 in 1!

The best part of this property is that you can have a big group but everyone can still have some privacy. It is essentially 1 large apartment downstairs and 2 smaller apartments upstairs. It was nice to be together when we wanted to but also be able to close the door for privacy when we wanted some down time. Also, great neighborhood. Safe, pretty, very nice.

Rented the entire place for the weekend for a business trip with a team of people! Bottom apartment is pretty large with nice kitchen and bathroom. Very well decorated and supplied. Had small problem with the heating ventilation in the lower level apartment which the property mananger was quick to respond and eager to resolve and compensated for the issue. The two upstairs apartments were small but cozy and had plenty of room for our group. The beds were not very comfortable—they had simple mattress toppers on top of old worn out mattresses; those could definitely use an update. My husband and I ended up sleeping on a blow up mattress with memory foam topper that we had brought with us just in case we needed it knowing some of the sleeping spaces had pull out couches and those usually leave a little to be desired on the comfort scale for full sized adults. Overall felt the price was a little high for the accommodations due to that alone. A little money spent on nice mattresses would warrant the price per night they’re charging. Overall we were satisfied with the experience. The house was super cute and well decorated with updated furnishings. Nice and clean and well stocked!
