Our family enjoyed the home with all the space, pool and hot tub, putting green, and ping pong table. Very nice added touches of Thanksgiving/ fall decorations, an apple pie in the fridge and a huge snack basket to welcome us! The place was very clean and comfortable. We were all very satisfied with our choice of where to stay for our first visit to San Antonio!

It rained so we didn't use the pool. But the kids still enjoyed the covered hot tub. And when not raining, the putting green. Ping Pong was a big hit. Kitchen is well equipped.

My family and I stayed at the property for an extended weekend in San Antonio. The property is in a “less urban” area in SA built around the 50s. The house had plenty of updates but kept much of the original charm. The house was very well-stocked and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard. It was a little too chilly in October to swim, but the putting green and ping pong table kept us entertained when we were just hanging out at the house. It was the perfect get-a-way!

This house was PERFECT for a family getaway to San Antonio. The property was just as gorgeous in person as on VRBO (and that’s not always the case:) We had everything we needed. The neighborhood has beautiful trees, and we saw deer every night we were there. Quick on and off to get anywhere in SA, but you feel secluded in the huge backyard. Bring s’mores stuff! Fire pit and plenty of chairs to wind down at night. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the whole house was big enough for 10 of us. 100% recommended- thank you!

This home was fabulous for our family, including our 17 month old granddaughter. We enjoyed all of the amenities it has to offer. The backyard is amazing, including the gorgeous, in-ground pool, hot tub, & putting green, & there is a ping pong table in the garage. Indoors we also had a lot of fun with the karaoke machine.
This house is very spacious & was very clean. The owners are very thoughtful & welcoming. We very much appreciated their snack gift basket & all of the other essentials they provided, even the laundry detergent & dryer sheets for the washer & dryer.
This home is also in a great location, close to the airport & was not too far from many other places we visited in San Antonio.
We would definitely recommend this home if your family or large group is visiting San Antonio.

Our stay in this lovely VRBO made for wonderful family memories. The amenities are terrific--golf putting green, ping pong and lovely cool pool. The kitchen was nicely supplied and the snack gift basket upon arrival was a great treat! Thank you John and Cecilia for a special weekend in your vacation home!

Oh my goodness. I NEVER give 5 star reviews, I ALWAYS feel there are improvements that can be made. This place was perfect and meet our every need. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We decided we would not pack our pool toys and wouid buy what we needed when we arrived. I did pack my air.up pump though. We didnt even need it. They had pool toys a pump. Centranella candles.
The only thing we bought was ice. As there were 4 of us and we go through the ice. We brought some games with us, however we didnt need to as they had those too. There was a lovely snack basket on the counter which we enjoyed while swimming, playing games and movie watching.
This home is centrally located to everything. We spent 1 day at the river walk and another at the Market. However there is a binder with all kinds of information from local Urgent cares to things to do.
The communication was excellent. Everything has specific intructions from checking in to exiting.
We would like to come back in the cooler months to enjoy the hot tub and out door fire pit.
If you are looking for a place to stay in San Antonio, this place is highly recommended. It's a 5 star! You will not be dissappointed.

This house was a great for our ten person family and was in a 20 minute radius of all the major events we participated in including the Alamo, the zoo, Six Flags, the River Walk, and much more.
The pool was also great to come home to after long days in the Texas sun and was easily the kids’ favorite part.
Furthermore, the hosts were always responded very quickly and were always very friendly. We would stay here again and would recommend it to family or friends.

The property was ideal and great to get to all the sites we wanted. The pool was fabulous! We expected the water to be warm and unbearable since the weather was over 100 daily but it was cool and refreshing!

Came to San Antonio to relax with family and explore the city. This location is centrally located, super quiet neighborhood, and very spacious house. The pool and hot tub are perfect and the kids had a blast. Even with the 100+ temps this week, the pool is super cold and relaxing because of the gorgeous shade by the trees in the back. Plenty of pool toys and towels. Everything was thought of by these hosts, and even with last minute questions that came up, they are super quick to respond. We highly recommend this house and will most likely come back again! The beds are also super comfy!! Five stars all around!!

Every need was met, every amenity thought of. We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The pool, the backyard, and jacuzzi were beautifully maintained. The house was very clean and large with plenty of space, rooms and chairs for my large family to gather. The kitchen well stocked, every bathroom/ shower we’ll stocked, even pool floats and lots of towels available. John was very quick to respond to all inquiries and kept the communication lines open. San Antonio property owned by John & Ceci, is fabulous for a family! We were a total of 9 (Grandparents(2), Parents/Spouses (4), 3 kids). Six of us flew in from Fl; 3days Austin & San Antonio VRBO house.
Nearby HEB Grocery for breakfast goodies & lots of restaurant recommendations left by host. Thoughtful gift basket filled w snack goodies, was much appreciated. Pool, yard, hot tub & putt golf site - beautifully maintained. Kiddos enjoyed pool after a full day of historic sites ! TY WE highly recommend !

This home allowed us to turn a business trip into a blended vacation with family while I worked.
The accommodations were comfortable, location perfect and central to downtown, the airport, Sea World, the zoo…. You name it.
So much for the kids to do at the house - swim, hot tub, ping pong, putting green….
The home was equipped with life jackets and toys in addition to a PCL and play and high chair that made it so easy for us with bigger little kids and an infant.
If we get a chance to come to San Antonio again, we wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else to stay.

We found all the bedroom and living spaces ample for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens). The house is well appropriated with plenty of cooking equipment- our youngest even did some baking!
The pool and spa were fantastic although our weather did not cooperate for much pool time (just a little cool and rainy). When the rain subsided we were able to spend time drinking coffee and dining al fresco on the backyard patio. The outdoor space is expansive and well maintained. It felt like an oasis in the city.
During the rainy cool weather we did enjoy a few hours of family ping pong in the finished garage space!
We didn’t have a vehicle for our stay, but that was no problem. It was $20-30/per UberXL to the various places we went. If you had a vehicle there is plenty of driveway parking.
John and Cece are also fabulous hosts- greeting us with some treats for our stay, offering help at every turn if needed (but also allowing us our own space)!
We would most definitely stay here again!

Extremely clean house, very quiet neighborhood, less than 5 miles away from Taco Palenque, Gorditas Doña Tota (homemade gorditas), HEB, Walmart, and more! We had a great time! It was 12 of us and this house was very spacious and the perfect place to stay for our get-together family reunion. Swimming pool, spa, board games, karaoke, full kitchen, wow! It was AWESOME!

Home is located in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Located very close to all different kinds of attractions sure to please all ages. The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s even better in person. We stayed six nights for a quiet family getaway. The location is perfect. North San Antonio close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Although we mostly relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful backyard and pool. Shade is perfect for this 100 degree weather we’ve been having. Lounge by the pool in the day, relax in the spa at night. Plenty of room indoors to relax, nap, or use the karaoke machine. There’s an extra bathroom in the garage that leads out to the spa and pool area that we really enjoyed, especially with little ones. Didn’t have to go all the way inside when they needed to go. They pretty much thought of everything for the kitchen. Owners live next door and were super nice and helpful. Cleaned the spa daily and pool was clean when we arrived and vacuumed mid week.
