We are a family of 7, with teenage children and younger children too - the villa was perfect for us! There was plenty of space for all of us. The villa was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen, you name it, it was there - even a juicer! The bedrooms were all a good size, with plenty of space for clothes etc. The location was good, we didn’t walk to the town as we thought it was a bit too far for the younger children but it was only a few minutes by car. There are plenty of places to eat, sitting alongside the beach/sea was amazing! The Marina was nice too and well worth a visit. Communication was great with the owner and with Erick who looked after the property. Nothing was too much trouble and Erick was never far away if we had a question about something! We had a great stay and hope to return again some day!

We stayed at villa in April. Although the weather was not great, the villa was ideal as had a heated pool for the kids too play in. The villa was really clean and was well equipped throughout.

On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Erick who manages the property. He showed us around, showed us how various appliances work and gave us directions to a supermarket. He was on hand via Whstsapp for our entire stay although we only had to disturb him once. The villa is in a residential location so it’s pretty remote from the hustle & bustle of Playa Blanca centre- took us about half an hour to walk down and an hour to get to the harbour area going at a slow amble. There’s so much space in the villa it would be perfect for a large family as you would never feel on top of each other. We had hired a car so getting around and doing shopping etc was easy but even if we didn’t have a car there is a small shop at the Paradise island hotel complex about 5-10 mins walk and opposite is a taxi rank and it cost 3 euros to get down the waterfront. We had a lovely week. The villa really has everything you need- plenty of crockery, cooking utensils, tea towels etc. I will comment on the local dogs- it really was noticeable for the first couple of days but then I think they get used to you and they quieten down - it would not stop me booking this villa again. And in the words of my mum “ I’d come back in a heartbeat”

Waren über Weihnachten und Sylvester in diesem wirklich sehr, sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Es war alles sehr sauber. Es ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem war man braucht. Es fehlte einem an nichts. Die Lage ist klasse, ebenso der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Natürlich benötigt man ein Auto, aber das ist ja sowieso nötig, wenn man etwas von der Insel sehen will. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Vielen Dank nochmal an Erick, der vor Ort sofort zur Stelle war, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir können diese Haus nur jedem empfehlen.

Villa perfect for us, felt like home & safe.Plenty of space for us all . Everything we needed in the kitchen & plenty of seating and separate areas to enjoy. Good barbecue area too. Outdoor showers were fantastic & plenty of hot water at all times for all 4 lovely bathrooms. Plenty of towels provided too. Everyone enjoyed the pool & outdoor space & roof terrace. Eric was very helpful .Would go again.

We had a lovely stay. The pool temperature was perfect for my 92 year old mother and the hand rail made it extra easy for her to get in and out of the pool independently. Generally the rooms were very good although if possible a hand rail in my mother's bathroom would be appreciated. The bbq area is extremely well laid out, with a relaxation area and dining table right by it, making it very sociable. Being British, egg cups and a tea pot would have been great but I appreciate that this isn't really a SPanish necessity, and a few pint glasses would have been good. The whole villa and pool area, together with sun roof are very well laid out. Only a couple of things: with five adults an extra sun lounger would have been good, and there are a coupoe of dogs in the villa behind that are left out during the day. I understand that complaints have been made to the relevant authority so hopefully this noise will be sorted soon. We had a lovely walk up Montana Roja, directly from the villa and went into Playa Blanca for shopping and food, which was also enjoyable. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Villa grande confortable, climatisation uniquement dans la grande pièce, bien situé. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne, le voisin qui nous reçoit est vraiment très sympathique et disponible au moindre problème.

Très jolie maison. Très propre. Accueil bien sympathique et bien attentionné. Bon séjour.

Fantastic well equipped Villa. Erik was extremely helpful during our stay and most welcoming, as was David the owner who messaged during the stay to check everything was ok. Would definitely stay again.

Todo fue perfecto! La casa súper cómoda para 8 personas. Tal cual se ve en las fotos, con todo lo necesario para un grupo grande. Tanto David, como Eric (vive frente a la casa) muy amables, siempre dispuestos por si necesitábamos algo. Lo pasamos espectacular! Muchas gracias, sin duda recomendamos totalmente la casa. Gracias! A lovely villa with all the essentials and more. Very spacious and great to have 4 bathrooms. Beautiful outside area to relax and BBQ that can be shut off from the wind. Eric who manages it is very helpful and welcoming. We would most definitely return.

The villa is very beautiful. It is designed with feeling and very good taste. You have everything you need and could really enjoy the time and relax. Owner of the villa is always available and very helpful. Great and amazing address in Lanzarote!
