We really enjoyed our stay - the place is great, with a comfy master bed and a nice, well-stocked kitchen. There's a quaint little back yard you can hang out in and once you're out the door, you're in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor, more or less equidistant to Main Street and State Street. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed how close we were to restaurants and activities. Easy to run/walk to the river from the house. We especially enjoyed sitting out in the backyard to relax during the day. Beds were comfortable, and towels were plentiful, fresh, and clean. Kitchen was spacious enough to use comfortably. The only downside - which I think is just by virtue of this being a historic home - is that it was a little musty and we needed to take allergy meds! I imagine that will be the same everywhere downtown since the homes were build 120+ years ago. We were very happy with our stay!

I do a lot of travelling via VRBO. This unit is very well furnished and stocked. It is neither overboard, nor missing anything you probably need. Coffee, tea, condiments, and spices are always appreciated when traveling with a family. Nina always answered questions promptly (during booking and our stay) and was always unobtrusive. The beds were comfortable. I stayed with my adult son and his children ages 1 & 4. We would definitely book this home again.

Pretty, cozy, convenient home. Many thoughtful touches - coat rack, place for dirty shoes, extra key, lavender bath products, nice bath towels, lots of hot water, lots of knives (I cooked Thanksgiving dinner and one night our daughter brought a friend for dinner), comfortable beds and couches, nice lighting. My husband caught a bad cold so we did not go out as much as we planned. We enjoyed staying in because the house was so sunny and relaxing. Our daughter’s house is within walking distance, we only drove to take her to/from work at UM hospital. We walked everywhere else for shopping, restaurants, Argus Farm Stop, Roos Roast coffee, Literati Bookstore, and Target for cough medicine. We would love to stay again.

This property is in a great location with all Ann Arbor amenities within walking distance. The unit was well stocked with all necessities. The only minor complaint would be that the carpets seemed in need of refreshing. Overall, great property in an ideal location.

The apartment is extremely well located. Steps away from excellent restaurants and movie theaters. Decoration is tasteful and the place feels cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. Bedding is super comfortable. Highly recommend.

The house was in a great location. It was within a couple of blocks of many of the things we wanted to see... farmer's market, Zingerman's, grafitti alley and several recommended restaurants. It was a very cold weekend but the house was cozy. There were two adults and a baby in our group and we had plenty of space.

The location is perfect for anyone who wants all of downtown Ann Arbor at their finger tips. The porch is amazing! Great for people watching. The house is adequately stocked… and when we didn’t have an ironing board… one text and one arrived. The place is cute and quaint and suits needs for those who are seeking a downtown experience.

COVID-19 -- ammiright? We had a reservation with Nina for a different property in late April to move our daughter home from school. Then the world melted, and I had to scramble. Nina generously canceled our other reservation and refunded the money (some VRBO owners wouldn't do this). Then she switched me to this place, where we've stayed before. I will try to always stay at Nina's places in the future! (I've reviewed the property before, so I won't go into detail here about that. But this time I shared the space with my daughter, who was taking classes via her computer, and we all had plenty of space to spread out!)

PERFECT location

We were staying here to visit the University of Michigan and could not have been in a better location. We could easily walk to our tour and info session, and enjoy leaving our car parked to head out to dinner each night. Everything we wanted to see was at the front door. There were 5 beds and a pull-out sofa so it could easily accommodate a family. The property owner responded very quickly to any concerns we had. Overall it was a great stay. Easy in and easy out.
