The location is perfect for anything sports-related at U of M. The house was well-appointed and well-maintained.

We absolutely loved the home, especially the thoughtful layout and comfortable feel. The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very nice had everything we needed, including some snacks, coffee, and water. The basement was extremely nice and provided an extra area to hangout. The fireplace gave the home a warm cozy feeling. The bedrooms were well layed out, the beds were comfy and we even had chocolates on the pillows! The bathrooms were modern and clean and there was shampoo and conditioner. We didn't use the laundry machine but it looked very nice. There were some board games and books. The whole aesthetic was nice. Both my husband and I did morning runs and the neighborhood was nice and safe. Plenty of other people out for a run and walking their dogs. There is a small park nearby with walking paths. The location was fantastic, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Ann Arbor, and I would happily stay here again!

One of the cleanest homes we’ve ever rented! We absolutely loved the home, especially the thoughtful layout and comfortable feel. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which is always greatly appreciated. The location was fantastic, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Ann Arbor, and I would happily stay here again!
