Luna de miel

Excepcional lugar para una luna de miel o cualquier evento especial. Desayuno realizado con cuidado y con mimo, cada día distinto y de calidad restaurante. Habitaciones enormes con todas las facilidades, con bañera enorme y piscina privada. Fue la guinda al viaje por Japón.

Playa en la que está ubicada no es un lugar para bañarse por la contaminación de plásticos, aunque cogiendo el coche se puede ir perfectamente a cualquiera de las decenas de Miyako.

Amazing Hotel with stunning beach!

Everything perfect. Beach is always empty and its just AMAZING!! Villa with private pool is stunning

Maybe they could offer a western breakfast, japanese breakfast is not for everyone :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Amazing experience! Peace and relax everywhere. We spent a part of our honeymoon and was better than I could imagine! All the people who work in the Rescape, was so so kind and polite with us! The island’s lands and beaches are a beautiful paradise. We hope we can come back soon! Kisses from Spain!

Excellent 2-day relaxation trip in Miyako

As per the photos, the room (or, actually, more like a cabin) is spacious and luxurious (and we stayed in the smallest room available). We went in April and the private pool was clean and heated (lukewarm), so we could enjoy it even though the weather was not as warm as in the summer. The beach definitely feels like a private beach. It is not the prettiest or best in Miyako, but still nice and picturesque. While there are better snorkeling spots in the island, you can see marine wildlife in front of the resort too. (Our trip in Miyako had only 2 days, so we didn't try a lot of spots, but Aragusuku beach during high tide was superb for snorkeling: lots of fishes, a sea turtle, some venomous creatures too, read the sign at the entrance of the beach to learn the list please). Cuisine was very good as well. We booked the plan with breakfast and dinner included and, compared to other similar menus we had at ryokans during our Japan trip, Rescape has more of a western feeling (feels like a japanese french fusion cuisine maybe?) Staff was superb in terms of hospitality. It rained the whole day on our arrival day, but you can bring cards, board games, etc, from the lounge onto your room. Make sure to try Shikuwasa juice if you hadn't tried it elsewhere in Okinawa yet.

There is a bit of Garbage in the beach (which is a Miyako-wide problem, trash comes through sea mainly from China and Taiwan). But it was cleaner than most of the spots we went to in the same coast.

Very spacious, modern style room with a big pool. We had two double bed attached as one so we had plenty of space to sleep! All the drinks in the fridge were free to drink so that was nice. Staff were all very nice and friendly. It was in a secluded area so very quiet and nice.

They lacked the up keeping for some of the places, like the common pool. It looked nothing like the promotional photo which was quite surprising given the fact they've been in business only for 3 years. I wonder if they were hit by typhoon or something. Breakfast was great for me but I probably liked it more if it was continental breakfast style where you can just pick what you want to eat instead of fixed plates. My husband couldn't eat a lot of stuff that was served because he's not too into Japanese style food. The room we stayed, the entrance light was so bright and it was peeking into our bedroom but they couldn't turn it off.

The staff is exceptional and the rooms are very comfortable.

The staff, the room, the food and the location were all perfect

The area where you walk to the beach from the guest apartments goes behind the main building where the trash cans and other facilities could be a bit neater. Seems like people don't use the beach so much, but we love the beautiful beach and went through this area many times.
