I left notes for the owner regarding the access to the flat, crockery cleanliness, parking space, room fresheners and fragrant candles.

The location is good, right by the station and close to cute cafés and coffee shops. The flat is very spacious, has lots of light and 2 toilets. The ironing board and the iron also came very handy.

It didn’t feel particularly clean. The flat is right above a restaurant, so the bathroom has a very bad smell coming up. Not sure if the sheets were changed as there was quite a bit of hair on them. Also, the towels are really smelly as they were either not dried properly or were dried in a very cold and damp room. Finally, some shower gel would be nice.

Location. The apartment is above shops. No elevator. The owner takes 2 days to respond to any calls.

it was clean, generally comfortable and near the train station although reasonably quiet.

59 extremely steep steps, above a Pizza Hut, had to leave one of my dogs at home. No working WiFi although advertised as free WiFi, had to buy data to send importance stuff over to my niece. no tea towels, one flannel between two, towels available but hard rough ones- would have been softer if tumbled dried.

Apartment well appointed and comfortable. Good location opposite station. Convenient to walk to shops, restaurants.

Many many stairs to access. No lift. Not suitable for older or less mobile guests. Could do with written instructions for appliances, TV etc. Bathroom difficult to find!

Really nice interior, really comfortable bed and lots of facilities, amazing shower.

At first the entrance hall is off putting as it is dirty and unwelcoming.

The property was clean, had absolutely everything you need, loved the hidden bathroom

Great little apartment. Two of us stayed for 2 nights. Very clean and cosy. There was everything we needed. In a convenient position right opposite train station and a Co-op food store. Cafes and take-away food very close. Iain, the owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again.

No negatives. I couldn’t find a tea-towel. A little bubble bath/shower gel might be nice, but not essential.

Location was fab. Right across the road from the train station and a wee shop. Flat was beautiful and very comfortable. Very central with good views and plenty restaurants in the surrounding area.
