Very good location: Disneyland Paris can be reached on foot or by train (1 stop). Many shopping facilities, nice neighborhood
The apartment was not cleaned properly when we arrived. Apart from the fact that everything, from the furniture to the walls to the appliances looks really run down and in need of repair, there were dirty dishes, the oven was dirty and the bathrooms were also cleaned superficially at best.
There is mold on the bathroom ceiling, which is a health hazard for me (Asthma) and my children. The sponges in the kitchen stood in dirty water and had a moldy smell to them. When I was looking for a new one I found it under the sink next to the toilet plunger, which is not only disgusting but also another health hazard.
Since we booked the place based on the impression we got from the pictures posted on booking.com and payed a cleaning fee, we are more than disappointed how we found the apartment upon arrival.
Die Wohnung wurde bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt. Abgesehen davon, dass alles, von den Möbeln über die Wände bis hin zu den Küchengeräten, sehr heruntergekommen, schmutzig und reparaturbedürftig aussieht, gab es schmutziges Geschirr, der Ofen war verdreckt und auch die Bäder waren bestenfalls oberflächlich gereinigt.
An der Badezimmerdecke ist Schimmel, was für Menschen mit Allergien und/oder Asthma und Kinder eine Gesundheitsgefahr darstellt. Die Schwämme in der Küche standen in schmutzigem Wasser und rochen modrig. Als ich nach einem neuen Schwamm suchte, fand ich ihn unter dem Waschbecken neben dem Toilettenpömpel/Saugglocke/Gummisauger, was nicht nur eklig ist, sondern auch ein weiteres Gesundheitsrisiko darstellt.
Da wir die Wohnung aufgrund des Eindrucks, den wir von den Bildern auf booking.com bekommen haben, gebucht und eine Reinigungsgebühr bezahlt haben, sind wir mehr als enttäuscht, wie wir die Wohnung bei der Ankunft vorgefunden haben.
Darüber hinaus sind folgende Mängel vorhanden:
Einige Rolläden funktionieren nicht. Der gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Rauchmelder wurde abgehängt.

It was a superb location
It didn’t feel like it had been cleaned. Several lights didn’t work. Dirty cutlery in the drawer. A plug socket was hanging off the wall. The shower wall attachment was hanging off the wall so couldn’t be used. Just felt like needed to be maintained better as could be a lovely place.

NO ONE TO OPEN MAIN DOOR , WE WAITED MORE THAN HALF HOUR ON 14JUN, WE PAID FOR ONE ADDITIONAL NIGHT SO THAT WE CAN GET EARLY CHECK IN BUT NONE TO HANDOVER KEYS OR TO OPEN MAIN DOOR AND THE PEOPLE LIVING IN APT. NO ONE ALLOWED US INSIDE TO TAKE KEYS FROM LOCKBOX OUTSIDE APT DOOR, NINA THE LADY DIDNT PICK UP THE CALL FOR HALF AN HOUR WITH VOICEMAIL EVERYTIME WE CALLED HER, OVERALL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT CHECK IN

Very dirty! The bedroom must not have been vacuumed in months! The sheets are not clean. Boiler leaking. Only 2 toilet rolls for 4 people and 4 nights. The shower curtains are stained. Dirty earbuds in the flower pot.
Mattresses are uncomfortable. Sofas are stained. Lamps and electric sockets were broken.
The smoke detector is not connected, no battery.
Tried to contact the owner to have compensation due to the appalling conditions of the flat before review, but denied.
Do not stay! Pictures must have been taken years ago.

Near Railroad Station
No personal contact, only instructions via mail. A lot of mold in the bathroom flat. Dirty an old kitchen appliances. TV not working, broken bed in the main bedroom. Everything looks and feels worn and run down.

The toilet was not cleaned well it smalled, the towels were not fresh and smelly, no tea sugar coffee in the kitchen, no soap shampoo bodywash in the toilet, had to buy some stuff..

Perfect location for visiting Disneyland and Paris.
Everything needed a bit of TLC. Things were a bit broken or falling apart, not spotlessly clean. The car park key was broken so had to be let in and out by other residents.

This property is in a great location.
It’s nice & quiet has the potential to be a fabulous little apartment.
This property needs a deep clean and make over plus more plates/cups/glasses (no point having a dishwasher if you only have four plates) TV doesn’t work and fob for garage doesn’t either.

The mattress was old and uncomfortable, shelves and drawers were falling apart. There was hair in the shower and kitchen when we arrived

it was in a good location for Disney.
we arrived 15mins early and they didn’t allow us in. when entering the property 3 lights were out so we had to change the light bulbs. the key fob for the garage had run out of battery and we asked for a replacement but it never got delivered. the master bed was really uncomfortable and the sheets smelt sour. they only provided 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days! over all it was not clean and the shower had mould and lots of limescale on the shower head. all the remotes for the TV had the battery covers broken so my toddler kept playing with the batteries! the light in the bull bed room was
faulty and kept flickering on and off so we had to move it up high away from the children. the bull room window shutter was broken so could not keep light out at night.

The property is a 15 minute walk to Disney which is excellent and very spacious for families. I would definitely use this apartment again and recommend it to family and friends.

It is near to everything, train station, grocery, shopping center. Very accessible going to disneyland. The apartment is very homey and clean. I like that there are some cooking ingredients like some spices, cooking oil, salt, sugar left in the kitchen. Maybe from previous guests.
It does not have full-length mirror, the linens smell a little not nice.

The wifi and the location hence it was near Disneyland.
Everything was in bad shape. The AC wasn’t working, the bed was uncomfortable, the furniture is old, the kitchen was in a very terrible situation. There are no proper requirements for visitors/travelers.

the Appartment is clean and good for small family.
if you like to eat in the appartment you have to bring the dish liquid or sponge, and it is complicated to get into the house and the parking if you don’t meet the owner , we were very tired from Disney a night before but the owner told us that at 11:00 the cleaning company will come to clean the room , therefor we tried to do our best to go on time,I think if you go there it is better to see the owner before and take the key and ask him if you need to make late check out , otherwise he will be very mad on you in unfriendly way .

The location was fantastic! Syayed here for Disney, short walk to train station, 1 stop for 1.50 euro per adult, children free.
Host was excellent and very thoughtful.
Beds were sooo comfy.
No deal breakers, really enjoyed the stay! A bit more crockery would be brill and a plug in the bath would of been helpful for the children.

Perfect location in the east of Paris, whether your are visiting Disneyland or not. Train station is a 4 min walk away, using this apartment as your base suits well if you like being out of the busy city. Restaurants and grocery stores are all within walking distance and there's a huge mall about 5 minutes away on foot. The host is great and very accommodating, even arranged a chaffeaur service for us, Farid, who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on all things Paris related. Highly recommended this apartment if you're travelling as a family.

The location for Disney Land, the cute balcony to sit at night and the space, it's a big apartment, nicely furnished. Lovely apartment with Netflix for the kids. Owners were also very helpful and there was underground secure parking.
The owners need to equip the kitchen with sufficient glasses, crockery and kitchen towels so guests can make full use of the kitchen area.
