The hospitality was amazing. Situated within walking distance to an RER station, Carrefour, restaurants and mall/outlet. Free round trip shuttle to Disney, and a free one-way shuttle to anywhere within 5 km of the hotel. The staff are very kind and very accommodating. Free drinks and snacks were refreshed every day. Will definitely consider coming back here again and try the spa facilities if I come again for another trip.
There was a bad odour in our room that lingered for the whole stay. The staff tried to remove the odour but was not successful. It did not ruin our stay but just caused a minor inconvenience upon entering the room every time. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Loved the location and sanctuary of hotel after a busy day at the park. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Also enjoyed the private transfers directly to the park which was a blessing at busy times. Breakfast was plentiful and a lot quieter than the park hotel we previously stayed.
Would have given this hotel a 10 but the first night our curious three year old granddaughter had the opportunity to explore the reading light at the side of the bed. She poked her little finger into an open end where the bulb should be, receiving a minor shock. This was quickly repaired the next morning but I wonder what would have happened should her hands have been wet.

The junior suite was well sized and it was useful to have a kitchenette. Also useful to have two WCs and room service. The shuttle to Disneyland was also great!
The suite was quit runned down, we got one on the main street which gave a lot of noise. The sliding doors from the room to the living room was too short and was getting stuck all the time. The location of the suite near the elevators meant that there was also a lot of noise coming from the corridor.
