The whole ambience. Really magical.
Could do with a few little upgrades, toilets etc.
Staff a little slow when we were looking to get a cocktail after a day walking in the parks!

Our granddaughter was enthralled. It's a lifetime memory. Staff could not be better. Characters were fabulous with the children. Complimentary fridge contents were very welcome.
Paying so much for 2 rooms for 2 nights at about £3,600 in total and not to have breakfast included is very expensive. With park tickets above that I'm not convinced I would deem it to be worth doing a second time.

We enjoyed the convenience of staying so close to Disneyland Park and being able to go back and forth from the rooms to the attractions. We also looooved the Secret Forest restaurant within the hotel.
We thought that the hotel had aged not so gracefully and that it was in a dire need for renovation.

Location great and entrance for kids was lovely

So overpriced for 5 star hotel
Breakfast extortionate
All food options so basic and v poor
Bathrooms tiny and so basic
No amenities in room
Barely saw any characters in hotel
Couldn’t get any reservations for lunch or dinner but glad we didn’t eat there after experiencing breakfast one time
