Nestled in Fallbrook, this lovely house for $463 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Enjoy the mild, sunny Mediterranean climate of Southern California. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, this Fallbrook, California vacation home is a 25-minute drive from California beaches, Oceanside Harbor, Wine Country Temecula, and casinos. Pala Mesa Golf Resort is 5 miles away. We are centrally located amongst many wedding venues, zoos, and amusement parks. • At the very end of a quiet country road, Sandra D s Country Home is located on a 2.7 acre avocado grove, surrounded by breathtaking panoramic country and Palomar Mountain views. The property offers its guests a beautiful pool with surrounding redwood decking and views, an upper sun deck and picnic table, and over 50 outdoor sitting areas to rest and relax, meditate, read, sip coffee or tea, or view nature. Guests can walk along pathways on the property amongst over 50 oak, citrus, and avocado trees; or just relax in a comfortable hammock nestled between 2 trees in a beautiful oak grove. Sunrises, sunsets, and moonrises are all a romantic sight to see over the majestic mountains. • This Country Home includes free Wi-Fi and parking, several flat-screen satellite TVs, movies and DVD players. It sleeps up to 11 people in 6 beds and maybe a 12th person if you want to open up the cot. The air-conditioned home includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 sleeper sofas, a full kitchen, breakfast nook, family room, formal dining room, living room, hallway, entry and laundry room. Just outside the back French door guests enjoy a quiet and private sundeck overlooking the below private pool and panoramic mountain views with a picnic table and bistro table and chairs along with all of the amenities of the property. For your privacy, the guest house on the far west side of the property is not rented to other guests during your stay. It is used for maintenance and administration. So you will not be sharing the pool, nor the property, nor the house with anyone else. • Accommodations and pricing are determined by the number of people in your party and your length of stay. Rates are based on 1-9 people. • Charming downtown Fallbrook is an 8-minute drive from Sandra D’s where guests can enjoy art exhibits and galleries, antique and gift shops, musical and theatrical entertainment, and good restaurants. • Close by are many beautiful river trails and parks for sightseeing and nature walks and are easily accessible with the year-round mild Southern California weather. No snow! • Sandra D's is also centrally located for many wedding venues, zoos, and amusement parks including the world renown San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, California Adventure, Disneyland, and Legoland. • San Diego International Airport and Ontario Airport are each a 1-hour drive away. Children are welcome. 3-night minimum stay.

Sandra’s home was fantastic-the location was perfect for our family and teen kids. Beautiful and peaceful property, we loved the pool on this hot weekend in Fallbrook. We also went to pick fresh veggies and flowers at a nearby neighbors place-such nice friendly people and the hostess, Sandra was so very welcoming along with Rosie, the beautiful chocolate lab. This house had everything we needed plus….we would love to return! Thank you, Sandra for a wonderful birthday weekend stay in Fallbrook-you truly made my birthday even more special.

There is alot of beauty and nature to this property. We felt very comfortable and relaxed as we stayed 3 nights.
Our kids enjoyed every moment of the pool as I enjoyed the gorgeous views that come with this home.

We had an amazing time in at Sandy’s house. The view from the pool was amazing and we loved sitting in the lounge chairs soaking up the sun. We cooked each day in the kitchen and played games in the evenings. Sandy was also close by on the property if we needed anything. Definitely recommend staying here!

My friends and I stayed at Sandra’s home For a weekend away and it was the perfect place for a girls weekend. Sandra is very accommodating and attentive. The house is cute, cozy and very clean. This is a charming home and a beautiful property nestled into the rolling hills of Fallbrook. Sandy is a gracious hostess who obviously enjoys ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for her guests. Her artistic sense of style is evident in the framed photos and decor and the country-classic furniture is sturdy and relatively child-proof. The bedrooms are spread out and offer some privacy while the center of the house accommodates large families and guests. Our children enjoyed roaming the grounds where they found a small playground, and a playhouse in the woods under shady live oaks and avocado trees. The deck around the pool includes multiple seating areas, a dining area, and a built-in grill and sink. The upper deck off the kitchen also includes a dining area and a lovely view of the scenic Palomar Mountain range. The front porch also offers comfortable seating areas and includes a porch swing. Even with large groups, anyone can find a quiet corner to themselves. We arrived during a hot spell but found the air conditioning quite adequate and not even needed in the evening with the cross ventilation available from the windows and the ceiling fans.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone seeking a somewhat secluded but very relaxing escape.

Experience of a Lifetime!
My family and I had the most amazing stay at Sandy's home. Like many families it has been extremely stressful navigating the pandemic and coordinating safe and enjoyable experiences for the kiddos. We made the right decision to spend our summer at Sandy's! My husband and I have 4 kids, ages 7, 7, 5 and 3. We stayed at Sandy's for 6 weeks with the kids and my mom. Her home is located in the most amazing California setting and the property itself is large and so are the grounds which include numerous special seating area, a playground, a pool with a massive deck, and a fort for the kids.
On a daily basis the kids and I had the chance to roam the area, picking fruit, hiking, scootering and more. The pool is big and there is plenty of room for a large family to sprawl out and hang out at the pool regularly and comfortably. There is a massive table for eating outside that is located right outside the kitchen door.
The home has 3 large bedrooms that each have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom is huge with a very comfy bed and bathroom facilities that are desirable. The closet, which seconded as my office, also was fantastic. Speaking of working while at Sandy's we had some internet issues early because the speed of the internet was not fast enough. We let Sandy know that it was not high speed and within days she had Comcast out upgrading the internet and we were on track with fast internet that allowed for work computers, kid tables, fire stick TV, etc to all function without issues. I note this internet issue because it speaks to Sandy's service. We said there was an issue and she immediately addressed it.
We stayed only in the main house and did not rent the guest house. Sandy lived in the guest house during our stay. It was great having her there to help and she was not a bother at all during our stay. She was a delight with our kiddos too and very accommodating. Her home is in a rural setting but Starbucks and good food is 10 minutes away and an easy drive. The neighbors were amazing too. Everyone was very respectful of the pandemic rules. There is a farm up the street and for a donation to the local preschool you can pick from his farm. AMAZING. Again, memories of a lifetime. My family and I will never forget eating fresh picked strawberries and blackberries every morning and enjoying tomato basil salads every evening.
Cons, cause there are always a few: appliances are older and there are a lot of nicknacks all over (clutter).

California Utopia
Beautiful property amongst over 2 acres of avocado, fruit trees and a pool that overlooks the valley. The property also has a swing set and play area which is great for those with kids. For some quiet and nature, highly recommend this property. There were tenants staying in the guest house while we were there but we never heard them and they have separate parking/entrance. Highly recommend for a retreat away.

Sandra was sweet, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. She’s a very good communicator and a relaxing presence. Her home is exactly the same. The views from the pool are breathtaking and her property is absolutely beautiful to stroll around or sit under a tree. Very happy we got out of San Diego to spend some time here!

Beautiful area, great views
The property is very lovely with great views. The house is clean and easy to use. There is a bit of a challenge finding cookware and dishes as they are scattered in different locations throughout the many drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. Once located the system did make sense.
There were a couple of small issues with the stay. The water to the guest bath on the first floor was rather cold for the shower. Never got hot just tepid. The dish washer was also a bit finicky about which cycle it would run on. A few cycles did not start when set. Overall a very nice place with a friendly host.

wonderful house, beautiful view
Sandra has created a delightful oasis on the top of a hill in Fallbrook, near Temecula wineries, hikes, beaches, and Legoland. We had a wonderful holiday and the house was a great fit. Sandra was very helpful and a quick responder to any questions. The only thing that could have made it better would have been heating for the pool. I highly recommend this space.

Great Countryside Getaway
I contacted Sandra initially looking for a location in which I could host a small baby shower. Sandra was willing to allow us to host at our house and very communicative through the whole process. The house is beautiful and sits overlooking a canyon area that really makes you forget about everything and allows you to just live in the moment. The baby shower weekend went off without a hitch and all guests were absolutely in love with Sandra's beautiful home. Sandra is very thorough and provides many extra in the house. If the opportunity presents itself, we would love to spend more time at Sandra's house and highly recommend her place to anyone in the Fallbrook/SoCal area.

Wonderful Property In Fallbrook
Sandra was a perfect host; welcoming, responsive and incredibly nice. The house has a great layout for friends, couples and families who need space. The pool and multilayered decks with dinner and cocktail hour seating have phenomenal views. It’s definitely worth staying here if you need a place in the rolling hills outside Fallbrook.

Wedding weekend
Beautiful home. Very spacious. Unfortunately there was not much privacy from owner as there was an apartment set up in garage and a guest house that had people staying in it during our stay. We had a bridal party stay there for the weekend of my best friends wedding and as we were enjoying our time the owners dog and other guests were roaming around the property. Totally great if you don’t mind but if looking for more privacy, look elsewhere.

Wedding weekend success
We had the pleasure of visiting Fallbrook for a wedding last weekend. After years of college camaraderie, our group of friends started the next stage of life and spread out through the country. Our groom, the last to get married, brought us all back together with the wives for an amazing weekend. Sandra at this house made housing convenient and better than we could have expected. 3 couples fit in this house comfortably. Views from the many balconies and decks are indescribable. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Checking in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend this owner and house, you won't have any problems or concerns.
