Beautiful house ...plenty of space and added extras such as toiletries , kitchen utensils and pots and pans some extras you may need on arrival such as a cuppa ..location excellent for the centre £6 for a taxi into the centre or right next to the bus route into the city
Communication from Matt has been excellent and he has everything covered on booking
Coming from a council estate i understand the location could be a little intimidating to begin with which i did experience myself the first night with banging on windows during the night and chapping of doors very loudly which both myself and daughter sleeping in different parts of the house experienced during the night unsure if it was a neighbours windows and doors being banged , or where we were staying ,waking us a few times during the sleeping hours , the following evenings we never heard a peep ...not something that the owner has any control over

Good space and number of bedrooms for adults and teenagers. Property was clean with everything we needed for our stay.
Maybe slightly more comfortable seating downstairs would make your stay more relaxing.

The location was perfect with plenty of parking. toiletries and basic cooking ingredients were a bonus.
The crockery was dirty as was the microwave. The beds were very low and not comfortable especially the single bed on the first floor. We could all hear when my son moved in be !
