Its elevated position allows for breathtaking views of the Derwent River and surrounds. Located just 6 km from the famous North Hobart restaurant strip and 8 km from MoNA, Mayhill Views combines the convenience of a short drive to the CBD with the serenity of quiet cul-de-sac living.If a sensational outlook, stylish decor and comfort are on your wish list then this bright and airy home-away-from-home is ideal for your next Hobart getaway. Relax and take in the panoramic vista of water and mountains from the roomy comfortable lounge in your huge sun-drenched open plan living area, enjoy it with a glass of wine from your outdoor setting on the deck, or soak up the visual smorgasbord as you prep an easy dinner at your expansive stone-topped island kitchen counter. For some down time why not watch a movie on the Samsung Smart TV, or play a game on PlayStation 2 in the separate living area with second tv. Families and friends can easily spread out and take advantage of the property's versatility - there is plenty of space for guests to either enjoy their own company or to socialise as a group. Children are welcome with a variety of books, toys and games provided for their enjoyment, and a high chair and port-a-cot are available. This recently built home easily accommodates up to 8 guests, boasting 3 good sized bedrooms upstairs and one very large bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom houses a King bed, two contain Queen beds and one has two King singles. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed. All are furnished with quality linen and pillows to ensure your ultimate comfort and a restful night's sleep. Two bathrooms provide ample room for families or groups - one is a generous ensuite attached to the master bedroom with toilet, shower, and a vanity featuring the luxury of twin basins. The main bathroom is large and contains a shower and bath at opposite ends of the room. A separate toilet adds convenience for larger groups. Lovely property. The layout of the property worked really well for a weekend away with our parents. Close to city centre and has a lovely view.

The house was a great size for a group of people and was extremely comfortable, clean and stylish. The views of the lights and waterways of Hobart were stunning. During the day, there was lots of light which kept the house nice and warm without having to rely too much on the heating (which there was plenty of). Highly recommended property!

The property was excellent. The only negative aspect was the lack of parking at the property. At times we had to park on the street well away from the property. It had a double garage that we were unable to use & the driveway was too steep to be able to park safely on. Surely it would be possible for future guests to have access to the garage.

This house was incredible it was clean, spacious, luxurious with the most incredible panoramic views. Location was perfect as a starting point to travel wherever you want to go with the city centre being only a few kilometres. A litlle bit uphill to get there but well worth it. Loved it.

What a beautiful property to spend a girls weekend away! The property was immaculate and had all the lovely touches and essentials to have a great weekend with friends. The little touches from milk, coffee, tea, electric blankets....etc the list goes on. The house is in a beautiful quiet area and has the most amazing views. Cant wait to be able to stay here again. Amazing views both day and night. Table tennis and xbox kept kids busy when we weren't sight seeing. Really happy with overall experience.

This house gave us fantastic accommodation. Large, clean, comfortable, with the most amazing view over Hobart, hills and waterways. Only downside was the difficult driveway, but we just parked on the street. The children loved the table tennis table downstairs, as well as the PlayStation. Thank you!

We came as a family of 6. House was great and in perfect location. Only thing I can suggest is a small toilet downstairs as there is one bedroom downstairs.

A great property with good size bedrooms and the beds were really comfortable, we all managed to get a good nights sleep,the open plan of kitchen, dining and living area with it's wonderful views was enjoyed by all.
There is parking for more than one car but it is difficult because of the gradients.

We enjoyed staying here and there is beautiful views over the area. Home was well presented, clean and inviting. Enough rooms for everyone. Natalie is a thoughtful person as we had bread, milk, eggs and butter for us on arrival. Thank you for that, we really appreciated it. Can highly recommend Natalie's home.

Great house, great view, well equipped
This was a great place for family weekend away. Really well equipped kitchen, comfy and modern all round. Awesome view but this means it’s very steep so you definitely need a car. Only two minor items that weren’t great that if I could I would have rated it 4.5 from 5. 1. Parking is very tight and steep especially if guest car parks aren’t free which was the case every evening 2. Shower screen base had red/orange stains all over it. The shower was clean, it just looked terribly stained on the screen base and my wife did want to use it.
Communication from Natalie was great.
Great for a family with teenage kids.
