About this house rental
Poggioalvento is a vacation home on a hill surrounded by olive trees and vineyards with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Originally, the property was a farmhouse that was converted into a vacation home to accommodate a group of friends or families who want to discover Tuscany. The property consists of a manor house, an outbuilding ideal for a couple, an outdoor bathroom. Also available is an outdoor oven for the preparation of pizzas. A large kitchen with direct access to the veranda, ideal for lunches and dinners, and a large living room with a fireplace offers you pleasant relaxing moments after a tour in one of the beautiful cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Livorno , easily accessible from Poggioalvento. The swimming pool, for exclusive use, overlooks the vineyard and offers a magnificent view of the town of Cerreto Guidi (2 km). The owner, an avid golfer, provides golf clubs, also for left-handed players. A well-equipped golf course is located in Montecatini. A 9-hole course is located in Vinci, just 6 km from the accommodation. Other distances: Terme di Montecatini 25 km, Florence, Lucca and Pisa circa 45 km, the beaches of the Tuscan coast 60 km (Versilia and Etruscan coast with its free or equipped beaches). Wi-Fi Internet (to be paid on the spot). Fly screens on the windows.

Summary of reviewsFantastic house in a beautiful area with plenty of space for a large group. The only downside is the unhelpful attitude of the on-site contact person who only speaks Italian.

Fantastisch huis in een mooie omgeving. Ook met een grote groep heb je alle mogelijkheden je eigen plekje steeds te vinden, mocht hier behoefte aan zijn. Één minpunt is de houding van de contactpersoon ter plaatste: deze dame spreekt alleen Italiaans en doet vooral geen moeite gastvrij en vriendelijk in het contact te willen cq kunnen zijn. Jammer, zeker als er een aantal dingen toch geregeld moeten worden, zoals bij ons het geval was. Gelukkig is de contactpersoon van Novasol wel klantvriendelijk.
