Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und uns hat es an nix gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet!

Toller Ort, gute Ferienwohnung
Zur Umgebung
Schöne Umgebung. Wohnung nahe am Hafen. Alles was man brauch ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Parksituation ist leider eine Katastrophe. Man brauch echt Glück um etwas zu finden.

Kleine süße Ferienwohnung mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Alles da was man braucht. Betten sauber und bequem.
Uns hat fliegengage an den Fenstern gefehlt. Die 2. Treppe ist höllisch laut beim betreten. Unsere Tochter ist ständig wach geworden. Aus dem Grund haben wir die Zeit abends nicht mehr im Wohnzimmer verbracht. So konnte sie wenigstens in Ruhe schlafen. Die Treppen finde ich für Familien mit Babys oder Kleinkinder eher unpassend.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung
Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus liegt zentral, alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, besonders an Kinder ist gedacht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein schönes Wochenende
Uns hat das Wochenende im Haus sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel. Im Haus selbst war alles da, was wir brauchten: eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Holz für Kamin/Feuerschale etc.
Einziger "Minuspunkt" ist die Lage direkt an der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist da keine Option.

Schönes kleines Fachwerkhaus
Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Man kommt zu Fuss gut in Röbel zurecht und benötigt dort kein Auto. Zwecks parken muss man schauen, das Haus hat keinen Parkplatz. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und schön eingerichtet, die Treppen sind lediglich etwas klein und mit einem Baby und dem dazugehörendem Equipment etwas umständlich zu handhaben. Der kleine Hof ist Nett gestaltet für Kinder, allerdings zu beachten ist, das sich direkt dahinter ein Taubenschlag befindet und diese sind leider dafür bekannt nicht die reinlichtsten Flugtiere zu sein. Im großen und ganzen ist aber alles sehr anständig im Haus. Gerne wieder wenn der Zwerg größer ist.

Ein Liebhaberstück von Haus. Sehr liebevoll an jedes Details gedacht, was eine Familie für den Aufenthalt braucht. Toll hergerichtet und eingerichtet. Ich würde 5plus vergeben. Es war alles da und Reinigungsmittel usw. wurden gestellt.
Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich gewesen.
Wir würden bestimmt wieder herkommen.

Gemütliches Minihäuschen
Es gab prinzipiell nichts, was gefehlt haben könnte, vorallem für Kindern ist alles vorhanden. (Hochstuhl, Gitterbett, Plastikgeschirr ect.) das einzigste was wir als sehr unangenehm empfunden hatten(was man bei näherem Betrachten der Fotos allerdings hätte sehen können) draußen auf der Terrasse war über dem Spielhaus ein Taubenverschlag. Wir waren daher nur ein einzigstes Mal draußen, am Ankunftstag. Das war leider wirklich sehr unschön.... Ansonsten, schöne Unterkunft, nettes Städtchen und tolle Umgebung!!!

Quartier sehr sauber. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Leute mit Handikap nicht geeignet da das Ferienhaus über 3 Etagen verteilt ist. Für alle anderen genügend Platz. Wohnzimmer liegt direkt unter dem Dach, dadurch bei heißen Tagen kann sich der Raum aufheizen. Schlafräume liegen tiefer und heizen sich nicht so schnell auf.

Zum Wohlfühlen
Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Röbel. Liebevoll eingerichtet, für Groß und Klein. Umfangreich ausgestattete Küche, 5 große Betten, 2 Babybettchen, viel Spielzeug. Die Vermieter sind flexibel und freundlich. Das Schwimmbad (wir waren im späten Herbst zu Gast) liegt in fußläufige Nähe und ist für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Der Hafen mit Bootsanleger der Weissen Flotte ist noch näher in der anderen Richtung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch in der Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen. Top Ferienwohnung in guter Infrastruktur und wunderschöner Landschaft!

Auch im Herbst gemütlich
Wir haben uns für die Wohnung entschieden, da unsere Jungs (4+7) es lieben, wenn Spielzeug in der Wohnung ist und wir auch so für schlechte Herbsttage gerüstet sein wollten. Die Wohnung ist ein kleines, uraltes Stadthaus in Röbel über drei Etagen, sehr liebevoll saniert und sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere auch für Babies/Kleinkinder ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral im kleinen Ort, man ist in fünf Minuten am Yachthafen mit drei Restaurants, kleinem Spielplatz und Schiffsanlegestelle. Wenn man in die andere RIchtung geht, kommt man zu einer alten, sehenswerten Mühle und noch weiter findet man einem großen Spielplatz ganz im Grünen. Zudem gibt es neben Einkaufsgeschäften, Restaurants, Biocafé, Supermärkten auch eine Therme im Ort. In zwanzig Minuten ist man mit dem Auto beim Bärenwald, der sehr nett und natur/tierverbundenen gemacht ist. Auch in Waren ist man in einer halben Stunde. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend.

Alles perfekt!
Wir hatten das Glück, die ersten Gäste in diesem tollen Ferienhaus sein zu dürfen. Für uns und hauptsächlich unsere drei Kinder hat das Haus viel zu bieten. Ihr habt euch echt viele Gedanken gemacht und wir waren wirklich 100%ig zufrieden. Das Spielzeug im Garten und im Wohnzimmer ist toll. Die gesamte Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Was wirklich erwähnenswert ist, sind die sehr bequemen Betten. Wir haben geschlafen wie auf Wolken.
Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt - Fischrestaurant, Hafen, Bootsverleih und Softeis - alles direkt um die Ecke.
Fazit für uns als Familie:
Hier war alles super und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
