Das Frühstück war sehr gut, damit konnte man gut in den Tag starten. Das Hotel liegt in einer guten ruhigen Lage. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und ordentlich sowie mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Für den eigenen PKW gibt es Stellplätze. Man kann in kürzester Zeit die Altstadt, den Hafen und die Müritz Therme zu Fuß erreichen. Bei Fragen stand uns das Hotel Personal gerne zur Verfügung. Sehr freundlich, und angenehm für uns. Für unternehmungslustige Urlauber liegen Flyer aus. Es ist eine Buchung in diesem Hotel zu empfehlen.

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr entgegenkommend und zu jeder Zeit überaus hilfsbereit. Es gab immer auch zusätzlich Informationen um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm und kurzweilig zu gestalten wie möglich.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden. Wir sind so zufrieden das wir nächstes Jahr wieder dort buchen!
