About this condo rental
This 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 5 with a king bed and a twin-over-queen bunk bed. It features slope views from the private patio. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. New bunk bed and sofa in fall of 2020. Walk to the Mountain House Base Area and Peru Express Lift in about 5 minutes or take the shuttle anywhere in the resort. Short walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Hidden River Lodge features shared amenities, including a large deck and 2 hot tubs. The living area features a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace. The spacious private patio is just off the living area where you can take in the gorgeous views of the slopes. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV. We stayed in unit 5941, and have no complaints. The location is great, esp with a kid in Mountain House ski lessons. Seemed like everything you need, although we did not cook, so can't speak to cookware. Good view, beds were comfy, it was very clean, nicely updated. The smoke detector started chirping and they got maintenance there quickly to get it fixed. Appreciate the garage parking and the ski storage. Would stay again!

Hidden River was in a great location to access the Peru lift and a variety of bars/restaurants in Keystone. We loved the hot tub at the end of a long day, and the condo was perfectly equipped for a cozy stay.

It’s about a 5 minute walk to ski school or a gondola to access the mountain from this location. About 7 minutes to where I dropped my skiers/snowboarders off at a 15 min drop off/pick up spot once or twice, too!
The condo was set up nicely for us and our two college age boys. Had everything we needed for nights we ate at the condo. Quick access to the bike path and several hikes really close as well.

Clean and exactly as pictured. The location is gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting outside on the covered patio. The beds were comfortable, as well as the couch. The unit was stocked like a hotel room, which we appreciated. The parking and check in process was a bit confusing. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Overall a good stay. Hard to enjoy the fresh mountain air when it smells like pot in the hallways and out on the balcony the whole weekend. Lamp in living room was falling apart and outlet in bathroom didn't work. Otherwise a great stay in a good location. Common areas were well kept and the apartment was clean.

Beautiful place! The app was a little confusing to some of my party members, but it made sense to me! I didn’t realize there was no AC but that might have been me not realizing it in the description. The fans in the closets helped!

The property was nice. Super easy check-in. We were sent pass codes to the garage and room. There was no real check-in, you just show up and use the codes. The link they have you download was very helpful. The only negative is the length of the walk to the Peru lift. I believe it was advertised as a 100 yard walk. It was actually about 450 yards, but still quite doable.

Overall, the property was fine but we’d try to stay somewhere else first.
Pros:
- Comfortable and clean beds
- Clean kitchen
- Comfortable couch
- Hot tub on property
- Spacious bathrooms
Cons:
- Minimal winter gear/ski gear storage. There were only three hooks to hang jackets on and a small platform for shoes (big enough for three pairs), but no closet space and no space for ski gear. We ended up with gear spread all over the place or having to leave it in the car overnight.
- Only three stools in the bar area and no dining room table, so one person in our group of four had to stand in the kitchen to eat.
- There were some stains on the carpet and stools from previous renters.
- Only one towel was provided per guest, even though there was a hot tub, so we had to use the same towel for both bathing and the hot tub.
- Minimally stocked kitchen. There wasn’t any salt or oil in the condo, so we pilfered some from the ski resort cafeteria when we were there.

This was the second trip to Breckenridge area , there will be more . But Both experiences brought us searching for and night check in . The first trip experience softened the second . Neither had personal capabilities to ease the hassle .

The property was fabulous! We dealt with painters staging their gear on/near our patio for almost the entire stay. We had to keep our doors and blinds closed when we were in the unit (no a/c). The painters congregated at 7:30 every morning (quiet hours end at 8 am) and banged ladders, talked, drank their coffee, etc. The management team was great in their responses. It sounds like the HOA was worthless! They told the management company to call the owner. I received a call a week before our visit to let us know that painting was going on, but that "you should barely notice them". It was quite the opposite and had I known, I would have had them relocate us. I don't think I would recommend this property, mainly because of the poor HOA (beautiful condo, management responsive). We enjoyed Colorado, as always, but felt like prisoners in our unit.

The place was really nice with 2rms and 2bth. My husband, two babies, and I stayed here comfortably. Beautiful view on the patio of the trees and also a good amount of things to do close by outside of winter skiing and snowboarding, since we went in August. And when we weren’t doing anything we lounged comfortably in the room.

This property was exactly what I was looking for! It was very clean, owners were very quick with responses and getting to the mountain /lifts was so easy! For anyone that says it's to far to walk to lifts, that is incorrect. I would say the only thing i would change is the view. Honestly it's perfect but the trees block it, that is not a deal breaker though. There is plenty of room for up to a family of 6. Would I stay here again? Most definitely!!!

My daughter and I annual ski trip. The property was clean and comfortable although a bit on the small side, but I figured that when I booked from the pictures. Check in/out was a breeze. The property is in a "Lodge" with a public area and game/workout room just down the hall. Also a heated garage for access to the building.
