About this house rental
Nestled in Crescent Beach, this lovely house for $199 per night is a great option for your next trip. Sleeps 8 A fabulously functional beach house, with 4 queen beds, just two blocks from beautiful Crescent Beach and two blocks from the Intracoastal right in the middle of historic Crescent Beach. Brand new fire pit for making wonderful memories! One thing I have learned about living at the beach is how important it is to be able to easily walk to it. A new crosswalk with flashing lights to cross A1A makes it easy. No fighting for a parking spot and no packing up the car. It is located across the street from Safe Harbor Seafood and has pizza and ice cream within walking distance. This house is perfect for a family vacation getaway. The house is built on stilts but also has a large downstairs bunk/ entertainment room for kids or guests and includes its own full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a family room, a beautiful kitchen, a full bath, and two outside decks that almost always offer a cool, off-the-ocean breeze. The master bedroom, (the larger of the two) has one of the decks out its sliding door. Downstairs is a completely separate laundry room. The upstairs living area and 2 bedrooms is separate from the downstairs 3rd bedroom and living space. The house is 600sq ft upstairs, 500sq ft downstairs. It has an additional 320 sq feet of raised wood deck space and 400 sq feet of concrete deck ground level. the beautiful kitchen includes soft close drawers The downstairs bunk room has been completely remodeled with 2 queen beds and includes its own bath. Enclosed outdoor shower New pavers for a beautiful driveway and a larger outdoor entertainment area! Large parking area for 5 cars and a perfect long section for parking your boat or motorcycle trailer.

Absolutely fantastic retreat! We love the location of the house, in a very quiet neighborhood and only a short walkable distance to the beach. Nancy is a great host and thought of everything. The house is equipped with everything and more, meticulously maintained and very clean. Wish we could stay longer. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again.

This property has everything one could ask for. A short 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to historic downtown. Beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for. Definitely planning a return visit!!

I read reviews and so many people mentioned Nancy and how great she was. CORRECT!!! Her listing was exactly as advertised. She communicated clearly all details for check in as well as the expectations for check out. Nancy even checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were happy. She even let us check in a few hours early and out a bit later which was nice. Bottom line, house was a block from the beach and cute -check out the pics. Quiet area and about 15mins from downtown St Augustine. Extremely fairly priced. 5 stars! Thanks Nancy!!

Very well maintained property. House is in very good condition. Perfect for a small family to get away. The only issue we had is that the lower bedrooms do not connect directly to the upper part of the house. Not a huge deal but the bottom guests just have to come up the stairs to access the kitchen. It has alot of porch space and we enjoyed the evenings out on them. Great location with the historic distric just 15mins or so away. Overall a great place to stay with pets and for the price, yiu will not beat it! Beach access parking and less than 5min walk to the beach. The kids loved the bikes and boogie boards that are there as well.

This is especially good for families with older kids because the downstairs area gives them some extra space. Also enjoyed walking to the beach, as well as a couple of restaurants and ice cream shop. And loved all of the beach toys supplied!

Our stay was so much fun and very relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We were able to get to the beach super easy and everything needed to enjoy the beach was provided at the property. We were able to use the paddle boards and kayaks and that was one of our favorite activities of the trip (we were even able to see dolphins and that was a huge plus). With teens, it was so nice for them to have their own space to be independent. The local restaurants were really good and everyone in the area was very welcoming. Nancy was a joy to work with and even helped us figure out where to watch 4th of July fireworks (which were amazing). The only negative is we wished we had 2 more days. We will definitely look at going back in the future.

The property was exactly as advertised and ideal to provide privacy for families to have space both upstairs and downstairs. The beds were firm but comfortable, kitchen was well furnished (has both a small keurig and a larger pot style coffee maker) and the laundry room was a much needed amenity. The new firepit and outdoor furniture was comfortable. There is an outdoor shower and outdoor foot washing area. There is a shed with many supplies for the beach as well - a wagon, ice chest, boogie boards, life jackets, kayaks, ~4 chairs, small umbrella and bikes. I recommend bringing a pop up cabana if planning to spend a lot of time at the beach as there aren’t any for rent in the area that we could find. The house is 1/4 walk to Crescent Beach - literally across one street. There is a 7-Eleven at the corner and a restaurant across the street. The nearest Publix and Starbucks are about a 10 minute drive. The host was very responsive and kind. We look toward to staying here again when we are back in the area.

Our family loved your beach home! It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities that you could possibly want or need. We loved the outdoor area and just wished we had more time to be there to use it all. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Nancy, you are an amazing host and our stay was perfect! We loved being able to bring our boat and take it to the Matanzas River. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

We had a wonderful time at Nancy’s! When we weren’t at the beach, which was easily accessed, we were utilizing the great outdoor spaces. Even during a rainy afternoon we could sit outside watching the storm come in.

Really great location within walking distance to the beach. Clean and has everything you’d need. The shed has any and every beach toy or necessities you could need. I do think the downstairs could use a mini fridge of some sort. We spent a lot of time outdoors and it would’ve been nice to have a fridge downstairs for my extended family so they didn’t have to keep coming upstairs to get food/drinks/snack. The beds and pillows were clean and comfy. The host accommodated an early check in and a late check out and communicated clearly. If I could give this one 10 stars I would. Like all the other reviewers said Nancy is the best!!!

Thank you so much Nancy for the most perfect beach house! I stayed with two other family members and my dog. Super clean and pet friendly. Lots of beach supplies in the shed. Literally everything you need from umbrellas to coolers and wagons. The beach is only a 5min walk from the front door. The beach is very pet friendly. Lots of other doggies. We met a cute neighborhood cat and some roosters! Such a fun neighborhood! Nancy was very responsive. One of the umbrellas was broken and she brought us two new ones right away! Excellent host. Also side note, this place has TONS of outlets all over the walls(great for bridal party). The outside seating upstairs and downstairs was perfect for morning coffee and you can hear the ocean waves. I would definitely stay here again!

I booked Nancy's beautiful beach house for my wedding weekend. Myself and my bridesmaids stayed there comfortably and used the home to "get ready" for my big day. Nancy's attentiveness to detail was phenomenal and the house is literally steps away from the beach. Such a stunning location and the sweetest host. I hope we'll be able to book this home every time we visit St. Augustine!

The location was perfect for our family of five adults. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to not have to bring chairs, towels or a cooler. We took a long bike ride on the beach. Nancy was easy to work with and checked on us to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be back.

We went as a spring break trip with our family. This beach house was perfect! It had plenty of room for everyone and we loved enjoying dinners outside. Easy walk to the beach. Bonus of this property, they had bikes, wagons, beach toys and chairs for you to use! It was so helpful not having to bring all of that with us too. Also a short drive to St. Augustine which had so many things to do with the kids. We would definitely rebook this property for a future trip!

The beach house is charming with a cute beach motif and well-outfitted with all kinds of equipment for fun on the beach. The location was perfect for us to enjoy a walk on the beach every morning and to drive to the town of St. Augustine in the afternoon. On days we didn't want to
sightsee, there were many other local restaurants, parks and beaches to explore. Walk to Safe Harbor Seafood for luscious shrimp or take a short drive to the Elkhouse Eatery for more upscale fare. Nancy was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of the house was a perfect walk to the beach and the neighborhood seemed quiet. The house was cutely decorated. This was a nice stay and a nice relaxing break from our long travels from Vermont. We are also always appreciative of when we can bring our furbabies with us. I would highly recommend this location and look forward when we can stay again.

House was nicely decorated, clean and in a safe and convenient location. Quick walk to the beach, few miles to shopping and places to eat and about 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Nancy is a very nice and responsive host. Our twin 15 year old daughters enjoyed having their own space downstairs (separate entrance) and our pups enjoyed hanging out on the deck with us.

Great place with all the little touches! A lot of soft blankets, a little Christmas decor, beach charm, books and games. The map on the picture makes the beach look a little farther away, but it’s an easy 2 block walk to a beautiful beach! Thanks for sharing this place with us!

This is a great beach house. First and second floors have separate entries, great for dual families. Outdoor setting with fire pit and chairs very relaxing. Really great water sports gear for the ocean adventurer. We’d for sure stay again!

Great house near niiiice beach.There were so many fun amenities.Watched sunset from a one block bike ride and strolled 2 blocks for beach sunrise! House was very clean and comfortable.Has lots of of outdoor sitting spaces. Lov ed the new firepit.Resaurants and con enience store very close. We had a great weekend! We stayed downstairs with the kids and their grandparents and uncle stayed upstairs. It was really nice having our own separated area on a different level. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. Loved having the wagon, beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards so we didn’t have to bring our own. The covered downstairs porch was used a lot. It’s the perfect setup and my family wants to go again next year!

We booked this property because we were going to attend the concert at the Saint Augustine amphitheater. The property was amazing! The proximity to the beach, the amenities inside, and everything were exactly what we had hoped. In addition, the property owners communication was timely. So much in fact, that when we needed something she drove by and dropped it off within minutes. We would surely stay at this property again, or any other property owned by this property manager.

…was the drive. In order for this trip to be worth it expectations were high. I grew up close to the beach, my kids have never seen the beach and my wife is looking forward to relaxation. This house, crescent beach and the island were EVERYTHING. Sunrise bike rides, sunset sea shell hunting with the kids are things that we will return for.
We met a nice lady named Heather and would like to say hi next time.

If the dog hadn’t injured himself prior to the trip, he would have enjoyed it more, however, he did drink enough salt water to last a year.
