Situated in Utah, this charming house for $1,165 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welton Woods is an expansive lodge designed to bring luxurious amenities into the great outdoors. It's the perfect place for corporate training and seminars, wellness retreats, family reunions, and vacations. The Lodge is situated on a rustic mountainside above the town of Fairview, Utah. Welton Woods has more than 10,000 square feet of living space, and we are so thrilled to share it. The property offers the unique opportunity to accommodate a significant number of people all under one roof without feeling crowded. It's close enough to town to get things you need, but isolated enough to offer the ease of seclusion. Sleeping arrangements are made easily as the lodge sleeps 50 people in beds. Eight rooms feature king sized beds, and two bunk rooms sleep 15 each (for a total 30 twin size beds). Here are just some of the wonderful things Welton Woods offers; -A Theater Room which often is used as a perfect presentation area thanks to the levels of couches and upscale electronics. -A Game Room area with an amazing imported pool table and ping pong table. Located on the bottom floor, the game room is separate from the bedrooms, making it easy to house entertainment without interfering with living space. -A Hot Tub and Sauna, who doesn't love that? Whether it is to keep you toasty during the colder months or relaxed during the warmer ones, it's nice to have a place to sneak away to and rest the mind. -10 Acres of land surrounding Welton Woods, perfect for outdoor events and activities. -A huge wrap-around porch which overlooks the trees and landscape below. It's fully covered and it comfortably seats 20+ people. The porch provides an ideal place to dine or enjoy each other's company. No Sunday or holiday check-ins. The last 15 or so minutes to the lodge is on a dirt road, all wheel or 4 wheel drive is recommend however it is still accessible by all vehicles. In the winter, Welton Woods is only accessible by snowcat or snowmobiles which guests can rent from us for an additional fee or our driver can take them up and bring them back down for no additional Charge for the first 4 rides. Any additional Rides can be purchased for $250. We are more than willing to help schedule shuttles, caterers or other additional services of interest. We have photos of the Lodge, but, honestly, they don't nearly do the place justice. It has this amazing quality to it that makes it feel cozy despite its enormous size. Our family shared an unforgettable Christmas experience at the Welton Woods Lodge. The property and location were perfect for our Christmas gathering. The lodge comfortably fit us all and had all the accommodations and fun we could dream of -- from Nativity reenactments by a cozy fireplace to putting together puzzles in the game room and watching Christmas movies in the theatre room. The appliances worked perfectly, the rooms were decorated with fun themes, and the surrounding woods and snow made for some fun family activities. We hope to make Welton Woods a part of our family traditions.

Took a group of 25+ people up for the weekend and was a perfect setting for outdoors (fire pits) plus lots of indoor activities when it was cold. All the amenities you need to cook for large groups plus plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Didn’t feel like we were crowded at all. The theatre room was great for presentations and guest speakers.

We have a group here for a business retreat. This was a perfect location. The room are designed perfect for this and the large kitchen can accommodate the large group. We will definitely use this place again in the future.

A wonderful home big enough to accommodate our 6 married children and our 24 grandchildren with room to spare. It rained several days that we were there so it was nice that there was so much to do inside. Plenty of seating for meals. The large deck provided beautiful views of the valley and a pleasant place to eat. Plenty of parking and a spacious master bedroom and bathroom. Loved our stay.

We loved this property for our family reunion. The game area, theater, main living space and wrap around deck were all used. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 40. Emma was so great to work with and responded right away to any questions we had. Loved it and would definitely book again!

This property filled all our needs for our family reunion for 45 people, from toddlers to senior citizens. The kitchen was supplied better than any other vacation rental I have used. There were several places for groups big or small to gather for fun or conversation. The host was helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Communication with property manager was amazing. The views are amazing. The house is fully stocked with towels, linens, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc unlike places we've paid more for and had to go get more dish soap and TP because they only provide one days worth. House is incredibly clean and there is room for everyone with chairs and tables all over. The beds were really nice. I felt like they had thought of every comfort we could have wanted. Highly recommend this place! Road up is a bit tricky so follow their directions and plan on staying there for a bit--no need to leave anyways! Great rooms to gather in. Overall exceeded expectations and property management was really impressive.

This place had tons of room and kept everyone busy. I would rent this property again. The only thing I have a negative comment about is the water pressure in the upper level.
It is a beautiful place, and we all had a great time. It was amazing to find a location that slept all 45 of us in comfortable beds.

Our extended family of 27 were so happy to be gathered under one roof for 5 days with space enough for any activity they could imagine, and a kitchen/ deck area to easily accommodate meals. The bunk rooms allowed cousins to hang out together, and the movie room is huge and comfortable for all. We had ping pong tournaments and a dance party and enjoyed the use of the grand piano throughout the week. We will even have special memories of running for cover in the trees when a quick hail storm cut our fire pit evening short. Thank you for sharing this lovely accommodation. We loved our stay!

Welton Wood was an amazing location for our corporate retreat. Beautiful property with all amenities needed. We had a total of 9 people and more than enough room. Very clean and comfortable for cooking, sleeping and enjoying the mountain air and views from balcony. One hour from great hiking at Maple Canyon. One hour from great golf at Palisades Golf Course. Great communications with Emma. Absolutely amazing trip. We will be back next summer!

This is an absolutely beautiful property. We had plenty of room for people to sleep, with multiple gathering spots for all age groups to hang out or be actively involved in games, conversations, and activities. We received massive amounts of snow during our stay over New Year's and it added a magical touch to the scenery and the setting. Emma was fantastic to work with!

We had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving at this location. The cabin was very spacious and nice. Getting in and out was a challenge but we were very grateful for the use of the snow cat. It would have been impossible without it. Our Host was very helpful and kind. We really appreciated her! This location would be especially nice in the summer months. I will recommend it to friends and family.

Pictures DO NOT DO JUSTICE!!! This home is beautiful, spacious and relaxing. So much space for adults to relax and unwind while kiddos could play and be kids. Kitchen has anything you could need for a big dinner, enough bathrooms/bedrooms for even the largest of families and the property manager was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. It is a little far from major towns but with a house this wonderful, you wouldn’t even need to leave! Loved it!!

Perfect venue for our family of 16 adults and 15 youth! This spacious lodge provided comfortable sleeping with a basement bunk room and a top story bunk room with private bedrooms for all the couples. There were plenty of bathrooms convenient to every bedroom. The ping pong and pool tables were in frequent use. Lots of space for card and board games. With the deck and dining tables we could have meals together. The well appointed kitchen included an ice maker which was a big hit! A highlight of our stay was all of us on the deck watching thunderstorms rolling in across the valley. Spectacular views in a beautiful mountain setting. Our host was wonderful to work with and promptly answered any questions we had. She was very accommodating for our needs. We highly recommend a stay at Weston Woods! We didn’t want to leave!

Great place for large family
We had 37 people stay at Welton Woods over Thanksgiving. The house is huge so people can gather without being all over each other. The king beds are very nice. The view is incredible.
We had a very difficult time finding the cabin on the first day as GPS did not get us there. Also the gate access was a pain with people coming and going. But the house itself is great for reunions and large groups.

Incredible Thanksgiving and Family Fun
I have been able to come up to Welton Woods a few previous times with a group of friends. I mentioned to my whole family I wanted to go up with them and was finally able to bring them up for a wonderful weekend stay. We went up second weekend in November for 4 days and 3 nights. This cabin was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving holiday, a little earlier, though worth it. The kitchen space was great and had the appliances we needed to cook our big meal. We loved sitting around the big table each meal and talking about how awesome the cabin was for the weekend. There was plenty of room for each of us to each enjoy our our room and sleeping on a king mattress is really nice.
We went outside on a walk on a few trails. We enjoyed doing different games together like ping-pong, billiards, chess, and even a zombie cure game we created while there and played for 3 hours. If you have wanted to do a real life game of something like Among Us, Clue, or even a big game of hide and seek. They have two tables in the lower level that are perfect size for 8 people to play a board game or do a puzzle. The theater room was perfect for everyone to watch a movie and unwind after the fun day.
Check in was smooth as well as checking out. There is a cleaning up list which, went really quick with the supplies that they have to clean. We did have a few questions and Emma was great at responding back with detailed information on what we needed in that moment. We loved our stay at Welton Woods and really want even more time up at this incredible cabin! I know you'll love your stay here too!
