advertising of the property was spot on, the location description very misleading

The photo showed and the filter description was ski in ski out. Every day we had to travel by car to the ski lift. The advertising of the property was spot on, the location description very misleading. Thus, a deal breaker for using booking.com again unless forced to.

Not satisfied.

The only good thing about this place was its location.

1. The hot tap water smelled like gutter and the whole apartment smelled like rotten eggs. It was extremely unbearable and gave us all severe headaches. We called the number after checking in and they said they will send someone to fix the problem but no one showed up. Due to that we couldn't shower and little kids were crying because the water was too cold. We had to open all the doors to let the stink out which made the whole apartment super cold since the temperature was way below freezing. 2. The dryer was broken. It wouldn't dry out clothes. 3. The neighbors were extremely noisy and we couldn't sleep at night at all. 4. The master bathroom tub was clogged and the toilet seat was chipped from multiple places. 5. The check in process was a torture, they kept us on hold for an hour and just to get in the apartment, didn't even receive any email or instructions to get the access to the building. They finally reached out to us when we were checking out for instructions to fix the hot water issue and when we asked about the late response he replied that he was off for 2 days.

We like that the location was very close to the ski resort.

Wi-Fi was slow, light in the kitchen didn’t work and the dryer didn’t dry our clothes.

That we almost got evicted for a Big Understanding On The Rental Owners/Property Management….they wanted to evict us on the first day and I was buying groceries and had to leave everything Because of He said she said.

Good, except for the $385 cleaning fee!!!!

Nice place.

Internet said Three night stay$225. Surprise, when I check out there is a $385 cleaning fee added to my bill!!!!!

We will not be staying at Snowmass in the future!

This is not a place for older people to stay. The stairs were hard for us to maneuver. We had an issue finding the condo itself in the maze of stairs. The condo itself was very outdated. The microwave would not work. The cooking stove needs to be replaced. The bed in the master bedroom needs replacing. The balcony was inaccessible due to the blinds on the door.
