Directions to access keys and check-in were excellent, easy to follow and made arrival seamless and stress free. No need for AC - open the screened windows and sliding door onto the deck and the cross breeze cooled the unit by 22:00 each night (87F average each day, and 56F each night). Proximity to the lift is right around 400 feet - bike store had our rental mountain bikes ready - from shutting the front door to being on the lift up the mountain was less than 10 minutes (walking). Did not use the kitchen during our stay, but it looked to be well equipped. Definitely liked the attached garage to protect expensive equipment.
Hot water did not last very long (only enough for one shower -- if you are not the first to shower, you get cold water midway through your shower), and the cold water is COLD. Hot water ran out when hair was full of shampoo -- VERY invigorating to wash the soap out with ice COLD water. Did not affect us (summer visit), but the door to the outside in the kitchen had serious gaps to the point you could see outside through the gaps between the door and the frame (could easily feel wind blowing into the kitchen through the gaps -- imagine that would be an issue in the winter months). Amperage in the outlets in the unit drops significantly (more than 50% loss) between 8AM and 6PM every day.

ALL of the beds are absolutely horrendous. Neither I nor any of my 3 children could get a decent night's sleep. I saw previous post a while back that mentioned the same thing unfortunately. Only one person can take a hot shower. The second person may get a few minutes of hot water then it runs out. This was after turning the thermostat up.

The location was perfect. I really loved being able to see the sloaps from every room on every level. We stayed over Christmas and i was beyond satisfied with everything. I have a 3yo and 6m girls and was excited to see that there was a bin of toys that kept the toddler busy and they also had a Pack N' Play for the infant. I did bring my own because i didn't know they would have one.. and there was a Christmas Tree up for us. I brought this super cheap fake 3ft tree because i didnt know they would have a tree up. So that made such an impression for me. I truly enjoyed staying here... even though its 4 stories and so many stairs, it was worth it.
The only complaint, the loud springy beds LOL. I had to crawl slowly into bed to keep my baby from waking up.

Water faucets need work as they almost only put out hot water.
