One of the best places we have ever stayed. The owner deserves special praise for his friendliness, helpfulness, and genuine care for his guests' comfort. He was always available, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay.
The beautiful sandy beach is accessible directly through the garden. Guests can use the provided umbrella and sun beds, making every beach day comfortable and relaxing. The sea is crystal clear, with stunning turquoise water.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway with excellent amenities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We would be delighted to return.

Posizione con ingresso diretto alla spiaggia, con quattro ombrelloni della casa (e due sdraio bellissime per ogni ombrellone); magnifico grande giardino privato; lavatrice comune a disposizione in casetta esterna dove c'è anche una bella doccia per lavarsi prima di rientrare in casa (così si evita di portare in casa sabbia); stendibiancheria con tanto spazio per tutti gli ospiti; fontanelle per lavarsi i piedi e anche docce all'aperto in prossimità del cancello che dà sulla spiaggia; appartamenti dotati di aria condizionata indipendente per ogni stanza (intendo anche bagno e cucina / sala da pranzo); sistemi di allarme su tutte le porte e finestre, per far sentire tutti al sicuro; corretta separazione dei rifiuti (carta, vetro, imballaggi, umido, secco residuo); ogni appartamento dispone di scopa, paletta, secchio e mocio. Non da ultimo, il nostro ospite Orlando è una persona adorabile (grazie Orlando per la tua gentilezza e generosità!).
Bisogna sapere che qui si vive "col volante in mano", nel senso che il paesino più vicino -- Pachino -- si trova a 7,5 chilometri (12 minuti) di strade spiacevoli, malridotte; e guidare su queste strade di notte, senza segnaletica orizzontale di alcun tipo né catarifrangenti bianchi e rossi ai lati, è difficile anche per i locali, che giustamente sono costretti a commutare continuamente tra abbaglianti e anabbaglianti. Ovviamente non è colpa di Casa Nettuno, che si trova a scontare situazioni diffuse in tutta l'isola.

Orlando und Marcia haben sich sehr gekümmert, dass bei unseren Urlaub alles passt. Hab noch nie so einen freundlichen und hilfsreichen Gastgeber wie Orlando erlebt. Wir können nur weiterempfehlen!!! Ist wirklich etwas sehr besonderes dort und wer dort bucht, wird es sicherlich nicht bereuen 🙂
Bei Ankunft hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, dieses Problem wurde aber innerhalb von ein paar Stunden behoben und alles wurde gut kommuniziert.

Casa Nettuno is beautiful, comfortable and cozy. It's surrounded by a huge garden where one can relax, reading books or sleeping in a hammock in the shade of the summer heat. The apartments are fully equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, dishwasher and digital TV connected to the internet. Wi-fi everywhere. In the garden there is an outdoor gazebo equipped with barbecue, sink and dishes, where you can roast fish and meat. Orlando and Marcia are delightful people and super hosts, very helpful, trying to turn all their guests' wishes into reality. The property is on a magnificent beach, with a crystal clear sea, never crowded. The silence that surrounds the area is broken only by the sound of the sea.
